摘要： A contaminated fluid recovery apparatus (10) includes a dirty tank (20), a conveyor (30), and a drum-shaped filter unit (21). Inlet ports (60, 61) of the drum-shaped filter unit (21) open along an axis (X) of a magnet drum (40). The conveyor (30) scrapes out an object for removal (S) settled on a bottom portion (20a) of the dirty tank (20) toward an exit section (27). The conveyor (30) includes a lower portion (30a) which moves along the bottom portion (20a) and an upper portion (30b) which passes over the lower portion (30a). The magnet drum (40) is located horizontally between the lower portion (30a) and the upper portion (30b) of the conveyor (30) so that its axis (X) is perpendicular to a direction of travel (F) of the conveyor (30). 摘要： A contaminated fluid recovery apparatus (10) includes a sludge removal mechanism (40) having a dirty tank (11), a conveyor (20), and a magnetic drum (42) which is arranged in the fluid circulating section (32). The contaminated fluid recovery apparatus (10) is provided with an overflow tank (31). The overflow tank (31) has a function to keep a fluid surface (Q) of the dirty tank (11) in a position higher than the fluid circulating section (32) and the magnetic drum (42). The magnetic drum (42) is located horizontally between a lower portion (20a) and an upper portion (20b) of the conveyor (20). The conveyor (20) scrapes out chips deposited on a bottom portion (11a) of the dirty tank (11) toward an exit section. A scraping member (45), which is in contact with the magnetic drum (42), drops sludge attracted to the magnetic drum (42) toward the lower portion (20a) of the conveyor (20).

摘要： A scum removing device operating in association with a member movable in a treating pool, comprising a trough, a barrage member and a transmitting mechanism, wherein the trough is of a fixed type and the movable member floats or sinks the barrage member through the transmitting mechanism. The scum removing device is constructed such that a sinking barrage member induces scum into the trough and a floating barrage member stops to induce scum into the trough. The barrage member is supported by a rotary shaft and the shape of the barrage member itself is specified to be oval, so that the induction of scum is made smoother and stabler and the construction of the transmitting mechanism is simplified. Sealing between the barrage member and the trough can be easily and reliably attained by a fixed sealing means on the trough side and a side plate on the barrage member side.

The device is provided with a responding mechanism responding to the movement of members moving in the treating pool and with transmission means to actuate the dam on receipt of the response from said responding mechanism, in which the transmission means is provided with a fluid pressure pump and control valve, the responding mechanism actuates the pump and changes over the control valve, so that a hydraulic driving device is driven in the forward or reverse direction to cause the dam to float or sink. As another mode, the responding mechanism is provided with a rotating shaft and a plurality of cams having projections and recesses to rotate on the rotating shaft, and transmission means is a mechanical one including the rotating shaft or is hydraulically operated. These devices can be set compactly using only one side of the treating pool and is structurally so simple as to be easily worked on the site.
