摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Separieren von ferromagnetischen Pulverpartikeln (5) von damit vermischten nicht-ferromagnetischen Pulverpartikeln (6), insbesondere mit Partikelgrößen von 250 µm oder weniger. Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine Sortieranordnung, die eingerichtet ist für einen Abtransport der ferromagnetischen Pulverpartikel (6) entlang einer Abtransporttrajektorie (10), wobei die Sortieranordnung eine Vielzahl entlang der Abtransporttrajektorie (10) angeordneter Magnete (1) mit alternierender Polung und eine nicht-magnetische Trennschicht (4), die die Magneten (1) gegenüber den abzutransportierenden ferromagnetischen Pulverpartikeln (5) abdeckt, umfasst. Die Sortieranordnung ist manipulierbar ausgestaltet und eingerichtet ist für eine Manipulation durch Bewegen der Magnete (1) entgegen einer Richtung der Abtransporttrajektorie (10) und/oder zyklisches Umpolen der Magnete (1) und/oder Bewegen der Trennschicht (4) entlang der Richtung der Abtransporttrajektorie (10), wobei die Vorrichtung weiterhin eine Transportanordnung (7) umfasst, die dafür eingerichtet ist, die miteinander vermischten Pulverpartikel (5, 6) aufzunehmen und zu der Sortieranordnung zu führen, so dass die Magnete (1) die ferromagnetischen Pulverpartikel (5) ablenken und zu der Trennschicht (4) ziehen, und die angezogenen ferromagnetischen Pulverpartikel (5) während der Manipulation der Sortieranordnung mit einer die Abtransporttrajektorie (10) überlagernden Sprungbewegung in Bezug auf die Trennschicht (4) abtransportiert werden.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a magnetizing portion for providing a high-gradient magnetic field in a magnetic separation device. The magnetizing portion comprises at least one magnetic assembly. The at least one magnetic assembly comprises: a plurality of magnets whereby each magnet has a north pole, south pole and a magnet axis extending between the north and south poles, and the plurality of magnets are arranged one above the other in a direction at least substantially perpendicular to the axis of each magnet in such a manner that the north and south poles of adjacent magnets are arranged alternately and a space is provide between adjacent magnets; and at least one non-magnetic spacing means arranged in the space between adjacent magnets. 摘要： A high capacity magnetic filter separates diamagnetic and/or paramagnetic substances from fluid streams. Diamagnetic solid substances are magnetized under an external magnetic field through coordinated interaction of diamagnetic solid substances with an inducement paramagnetic material (IPM). The magnetic filter serves as a separation zone created by the presence of IPM and magnets that are shielded from the IPM by non-magnetic sleeves or partitions. The IPM in the void volume between the magnets affords large surface area onto which diamagnetic and paramagnetic materials can contact and be attracted to. The relative position and distance of the magnetic source, such a magnetic bar or electromagnet, to the solid mixture of diamagnetic and IPM are adjusted to induce sufficiently strong magnetism in the diamagnetic solids which causes the diamagnetic solids to be attracted by the magnetic field as well. Both diamagnetic and paramagnetic substances can be removed from a liquid or gas.

The trapping arrangement (7) then moves such that said second area (7b) gets into the trapping position and the first area (7a) to the release position. The device is self-cleaning and allows continuous removal of iron particles.
