A working device (3) is disposed opposite to the prime mover (5) with respect to the housing (46,47) of the second transaxle apparatus (10) in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the second axle (12R,12L). A transmission element (59) extends to the working device (3) so as to transmit power from the prime mover (5) to the working device (3). Each of the first and second transaxle apparatuses (20,10) has a pair of outwardly opened ports (273a,274a;54a,54b) on the housing (246,247;46,47) thereof, whereby the ports (273a,274a) on the housing (246,247) of the first transaxle apparatus (20) are fluidly connected to the ports (54a,54b) on the housing (46,47) of the second transaxle apparatus (10) so as to fluidly connect the first and second hydraulic motors (240,40) in series to the hydraulic pump (230).
