摘要： An ash melting furnace capable of a high-efficiency, stable operation and accommodating load variations, which is used for mixed melting for heating and melting main ash and flying ash as burned ash simultaneously, characterized in that main ash (coarse grain ash) in an upper layer and flying ash (fine grain ash) in a lower layer are supplied in layers from one end of the furnace body and heated and melted by a burner while being moved to the other end, whereby enabling the burner, when an oxygen enriched burner is used, to properly control an oxygen amount added to air (concentration change included) and, in response to a heated and melted ash condition caused by the combustion of the oxygen enriched burner, to properly control, in addition to fuel supply amount, an ash supply amount as required by a change in the oxygen enriching concentration.

摘要： A novel process and apparatus for the thermal partitioning of heterogeneous feedstock (11) for the production of a metal product, a glass ceramic product and a gaseous product. More specifically, this invention relates to a novel process and apparatus whereby an input feed stream (9) of a widely heterogeneous nature in the descriptors of physical form, combustibility, chemical content, and particle size and contaminated with varying concentrations of hazardous components and/or radioisotopes is treated in a direct current graphite electrode arc melter (4) with a contiguous thermal oxidizing reactor (5) for the production of a metal product, a basalt-like glass ceramic product and a fully combusted offgas. The apparatus described incorporates an offgas fast quench configuration (17) for the minimization of dioxin formation and subsequent ease of cleansing of the offgas stream.

摘要： A waste incinerator which can completely prevent environmental pollution by dioxins. Exhaust gas from an incinerator (1) is guided into a glass melting furnace (2) by a duct (3), and blown into molten glass (8) through a bubbling pipe (7) to decompose dioxins in the exhaust gas. High-temperature gas produced in the glass melting furnace is supplied into the incinerator by a pipe to burn wastes without using auxiliary fuel. Further, exhaust gas is pressurized by pressure pumps (10,11) in a pipe (9) branching from the duct, while fuel tablets (40) to which are added ashes are introduced through a fuel inlet (12) and fed into the molten glass under the pressure of exhaust gas to decompose dioxins in the ashes.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for burning municipal wastes. Solid, unsorted wastes (1) are pyrolyzed on a grate (4, 5), primary combustion air being introduced from below it, and the forming gas phase, to which secondary combustion air is added, is conveyed to a combustion chamber (8) to burn the combustible components of the gas. The essential idea in the invention is that, by means of air feed, the combustion temperature in the combustion chamber (8) is adjusted to at least 850 DEG C, that the ash separating from the solids burning on the grate (4, 5) is caused to melt at least in part so that, upon cooling, it will form granular, purely inorganic particles (9), and that by means of the infeed of secondary air, a turbulent mixing of air and pyrolysis gases is produced in the grate area. At the said temperature, complete combustion of the organic matter is achieved, and the forming pumice-like ash is usable, for example, as a filler material for earth construction.
