    • The invention relates to a system (21) for transferring data onto disk-type data carriers (23, 23'), comprising a support (22, 22') for receiving said data carriers (23, 23') said support being configured at least partially as an inner cylinder and the side of said data carriers which is used for carrying data facing towards the cylinder axis (29) of the support (22, 22'), and a transfer head (30). Said transfer head (30) can rotate around said cylinder axis (29) and has at least one transfer element (24) for transferring the data onto the data carriers (23, 23'). The support (22, 22') and the transfer head can also move in relation to each other in the direction of the cylinder axis (29) and the distance between at least one surface of the transfer head (30) or transfer element (24) and the data carrier (whilst data is being transferred), is preferably less than 1/4 of the diameter of the support, especially less than 1 cm. The system (21) is characterized in that the transfer element (24) comprises an array of light sources for transferring the data using a multibeam technique. According to a first embodiment, the transfer head is arranged so that it is able to both move in the direction of and rotate around the cylinder axis (29) of the support and the transfer elements (24) comprise a plurality or an array of laser diodes for transferring the data onto a thermo-printing plate (23, 23') using a multibeam technique.

    • A method and an apparatus for exposing light-sensitive materials, including a first light beam conducted from a light source with the wavelength lambd1 to a first exposure point on the light-sensitive material via an optical system. This system has at least one input end and one output end as well as at least one reflecting or transmitting rotating optical element arranged relatively to the optical output end, wherein at least one additional light source generates an additional light beam with a wavelength lambdx which is different from lambd1. The additional light beam with the wavelength lambdx is conducted via the input end of the optical system to the output end of the optical system, so as to be geometrically coincident with the first light beam at the output end of the optical system, the additional light beam being conducted from there to an additional exposure point on the light-sensitive material inside the image setter drum in dependence on lambdx or the mutual difference between the wavelength DELTAlambd, said light beams being conducted completely or partly from the input end of the optical system via one or more light guides, preferably optical fibers, to the output end of the optical system.
