摘要： Provided is an exhaust gas treatment equipment for a marine diesel engine with high PM collection efficiency capable of effectively collecting PM contained in exhaust gas of the marine diesel engine using fuel oil. The exhaust gas treatment equipment includes: an electric precipitation means having a tubular collecting unit composed of a discharge electrode for charging particulate matter contained in the exhaust gas and a precipitation electrode for collecting the particulate matter charged, the discharge electrode being disposed in the tubular collecting unit; a precipitation means for collecting the particulate matter detached from the tubular collecting unit; and a low-concentration exhaust gas delivery pipe and a high-concentration exhaust gas delivery portion for the particulate matter provided on a downstream side of the tubular collecting unit, the precipitation means being connected to the high-concentration exhaust gas delivery portion, wherein one or more of tubular collecting modules being arranged in combination in the tubular collecting unit formed of the discharge electrode and the precipitation electrode, the tubular collecting modules having a short dimension in an axial direction and having different diameters.

The marine diesel engine exhaust gas treatment system includes: an electrostatic precipitator apparatus (7) that collects a PM of exhaust gas emitted from the marine diesel engine; a seawater scrubber (9) that sprays seawater to the exhaust gas from which the PM is removed by the electrostatic precipitator apparatus, to remove SOx from the exhaust gas; an exhaust gas component detector (LA3) that detects a component of the exhaust gas treated by the electrostatic precipitator apparatus and the seawater scrubber; a seawater component regulator (9C) that recovers the seawater sprayed by the seawater scrubber, to perform component regulation on the recovered seawater; a seawater circulator (9D) that returns, to the seawater scrubber, the seawater that is subjected to the component regulation by the seawater component regulator; and an exhaust gas treatment controller that regulates an operating state of the electrostatic precipitator apparatus and an operating state of the seawater scrubber in such a manner that a component remaining in the exhaust gas that is detected by the exhaust gas component detector falls within a prescribed range.

The electric supply line (3) is at least partially surrounded by an electric insulator (4) and the electric insulator (4) has an outer diameter (12), the electric insulator (4) extending from the exhaust gas line (6) substantially in the direction of the longitudinal axis (13) of the exhaust gas line (6). The outer diameter (12) measures at most 20mm in the terminal region (14) towards the longitudinal axis (13). The invention provides for more secure operation in the long term, in which the particles are ionised in the exhaust gas. The invention guarantees in a simple manner the reestablishment of the insulation function of the electric insulation using available means.

The exhaust gas purification equipment for a diesel engine using a low-grade fuel equal or less than fuel oil is configured such that an exhaust gas cooler is disposed in an exhaust pipe which communicates with an exhaust manifold of the engine, an electrical precipitation means for eliminating PM mainly including SOF and ISF contained in the exhaust gas is disposed downstream from the exhaust gas cooler, and a branching portion for causing part of the exhaust gas as EGR gas is disposed in the exhaust pipe downstream from the electrical precipitation means, so that the EGR gas is recirculated to intake air of the engine via an EGR pipe which communicates with the branching portion and an EGR valve.
