摘要： An electrostatic dust removal apparatus (1) and an electrode unit (20) thereof are disclosed. The electrostatic dust removal apparatus (1) includes a frame (10), and a plurality of electrode units (20). The plurality of electrode units (20) include at least one high-potential unit (21) and at least one low-potential unit (22). The plurality of electrode units (20) are provided on the frame (10) and are spaced apart from each other. The at least one high-potential unit (21) and the at least one low-potential unit (22) are arranged alternately, and an air channel for removing dust is formed between the electrode units (20) adjacent to each other. Each of the plurality of electrode units (20) includes a conducting part (210) and an insulating part (221), the conducting part (210) is a conductive plastic part and includes an electrical field generator (211) and a conducting end (212), and the insulating part (221) covers at least a portion of the electrical field generator (211).

摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrostatic precipitator wherein dust collection effects can be improved by suppressing factors that reduce dust collection effects in an ion wind. An electrostatic precipitator is provided with: a plurality of dust collecting electrodes (4) formed in circular pipes and disposed at prescribed intervals in an orthogonal direction that is orthogonal to the longitudinal direction thereof; and a plurality of protrusions (5a) protruding to the dust collecting electrode (4) sides and disposed offset in parallel with the orthogonal direction. The equivalent diameters of the cross-sectional surfaces of the dust collection electrodes (4) are 30 - 80 mm. In addition, the rate of opening area for the dust collecting electrodes (4) disposed at the prescribed intervals is 10 - 70%.

摘要： A ventilator (10) includes a casing (20) which includes an inlet (21) for outdoor air, an inlet (22) for indoor air, and an air outlet (23), and an air-blowing fan (30) contained in the casing (20). 摘要： An ion generating element (10) has at least one first discharger (12) for generating positive ions and at least one second discharger (13) for generating negative ions, both fitted or printed on a single dielectric member (11). The first and second dischargers (12) and (13) are each composed of a pair of a first or second discharging electrode (12a) or (13a), respectively, formed on the surface of the dielectric member (11) and a first or second induction electrode (12b) or (13b), respectively, buried in the dielectric member (11), and are arranged both on the same flat surface of the dielectric member (11) but separately from and independently of each other. This construction helps to alleviate the neutralization among the generated ions themselves, thus to effectively release both positive and negative ions, and thereby to enhance the ion generation efficiency.

摘要： A method for removing particulate matter from a particulate-bearing gas stream includes flowing a particulate-bearing gas stream at a first volumetric flow rate to a plurality of ESP units; producing electrically charged particulate matter; collecting electrically charged particulate matter on collection electrode plates; reducing the flow through at least one of the ESP units; sequentially increasing the flow through one or more remaining ESP units in an amount so as to maintain the sum of flow through all of the ESP units at the first volumetric flow rate; subjecting the collection electrode plates in the at least one ESP unit with reduced flow to forces which dislodge the particulate matter from the collection electrode plates; collecting the dislodged particulate matter in a particulate collection receptacle; and withdrawing a gas stream of reduced particulate matter contamination.
