摘要： A method for closing automatically an axial end of a tubular manufacture and for unloading it in inside-out configuration comprising a step of positioning the manufacture, in a right-way-out configuration, at a sewing or linking station, arranged so that its axis is substantially vertical and so that it hangs, by means of a first axial end to be closed by sewing or linking, from an annular handling device. Then a step is performed for inserting the manufacture, retained by the handling device, into an upper reversing tube that is or can be positioned, with its lower axial end, above the handling device. A step of closing the first axial end of the manufacture by sewing or linking is then performed. Then a step of disengaging the manufacture from the handling device and a step of removing the manufacture through the upper axial end of the upper reversing tube are performed.

The link rod (8) is journaled about an axis perpendicular to the machine axis (12), and has a bottom end engageable with a longitudinal inner groove (11) of the cylinder (2). An actuating rod (14), which is journaled with its bottom end to the link rod (8) and axially displaceable, permits the link rod (8) to be shifted between a position of engagement with the cylinder (2) and a position of disengagement therefrom, whereat the knitted fabric (9) may be discharged from the machine. In the engagement position, the fabric (9) is laid progressively onto the link rod (8) which, accordingly, will also drive the fabric (9) rotatively.

摘要： The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60° C. to 200° C., being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.

摘要： A circular machine for knitting, hosiery or the like, with sinker actuation device, comprising a needle cylinder (2), arranged so that its axis (2a) is substantially vertical and actuatable with a rotary motion about the axis (2a) in both directions of rotation. The needle cylinder (2) has, on its lateral surface, a plurality of axial grooves (3), each of which accommodates a needle (4) that can move on command along the corresponding axial groove (3) in order to pick up at least one yarn dispensed at least one feed or drop (5) and form knitting. The machine also comprises needle actuation cams (10), which face the lateral surface of the needle cylinder (2) and define paths that are extended around the axis (2a) of the needle cylinder (2) and can be engaged by at least one heel (4a) of the needles (4), which protrudes from the lateral surface of the needle cylinder (2), in order to actuate the movement of the needles (4) along the corresponding axial groove (3) with respect to the needle cylinder (2) as a consequence of the rotation of the needle cylinder (2) about its own axis (2a) with respect to the needle actuation cams (10) and the at least one feed (5). The machine also comprises a sinker ring (6), which is integral with the needle cylinder (2) in rotation about its own axis (2a) and is arranged coaxially to the needle cylinder (2) at its upper end. The sinker actuation cams (10) comprise two pusher cams (12, 13), respectively a first pusher cam (12) and a second pusher cam (13), arranged on mutually opposite sides with respect to an imaginary plane that passes through the axis (2a) of the needle cylinder (2) and through the at least one feed or drop (5) of the machine. The pusher cams (12, 13) can engage the heel (8a) of the sinkers (8) to cause the movement of the sinkers (8) toward the axis (2a) of the needle cylinder (2). In the machine, the first pusher cam (12) and the second pusher cam (13) are arranged respectively at the first cam for lifting the needles to the tuck or dropped position (45) and at the second cam for lifting the needles to the tuck or dropped position (46) and can move with respect to the sinker cap (9) toward or away from the axis (2a) of the needle cylinder (2). 摘要： A method for preparing a tubular manufacture such as a hosiery item or the like for automated pick-up at the end of its formation on a double- cylinder circular machine with at least one feed or drop and a double- cylinder circular machine for performing the method. The method includes at least the following steps: – a first step, which consists in transferring or retaining all the needles (8) in the lower needle cylinder (4) with the loops of the last formed row of knitting of the manufacture engaged in the upper head (9a) of the needles (8), tensioning the manufacture downward inside the lower needle cylinder (4); – a second step, which consists in moving all the needles (8) to the tuck-stitch position; – a third step, which consists in pushing upward the portion of the manufacture engaged with the needles (8); – a fourth step, which consists in disengaging the sinkers (33) from the manufacture so that said manufacture, due to the upward thrust, moves so that the loops of its last row of knitting (80) are in the upper head (9a) of the needles (8); – a fifth step, which consists in lifting the needles (8) into the dropped-stitch position, keeping the manufacture pushed upward in order to keep the loops of the last row of knitting (80) in the upper head (9a) of the needles (8).
