摘要： An exhaust gas purification system which effectively prevents NH3 slip or misdiagnosis when an exhaust gas temperature is rapidly increased is provided. The exhaust gas purification system includes a SCR 41, an NOx sensor 22 which is provided on a downstream side of the SCR 41, and an NOx purifying controller 51 which controls an amount of urea water being ejected to the SCR 41 and performs an abnormality diagnosis based on a detection value of the NOx sensor 22, wherein the exhaust gas purification system includes an exhaust gas temperature sensor 21 which acquires temperature of the exhaust gas flowing into the SCR 41, a temperature increasing rate calculating unit 54 which calculates a temperature increasing rate at which the exhaust gas temperature acquired by the exhaust gas temperature sensor 21 reaches a second temperature from a predetermined first temperature, and a prohibiting unit 55 which prohibits abnormality diagnosis by the NOx purifying controller 51 in a case in which the temperature increasing rate calculated by the temperature increasing rate calculating unit 54 is higher than a predetermined determination threshold value.

摘要： The urea water pipe clogging detection device for urea SCR can accurately detect whether or not clogging has occurred in a urea water pipe extending to a dosing valve adapted to spray urea water. In order to detect the clogging in the pipe segment extending from a supply pump (18) to the dosing valve (12), the clogging detection device includes a urea water sensor (22) which detects urea water temperature in a urea water tank (15), a pressure sensor (27) which detects pressure in a pressurized urea water feed line (20), an exhaust gas temperature sensor (26) disposed in an exhaust pipe (10) upstream of an SCR device (11), and clogging determination means (33). When a key switch is turned on, the clogging determination means performs a startup control to drive the supply pump (18) and increase the pressure in the pipe segment. Subsequently, if a detection value of the exhaust gas temperature sensor (26) is less than or equal to a predetermined temperature, and a detection value of the urea water sensor is greater than or equal to a freezing temperature, then the clogging determination means performs emptying control for returning the urea water from the pipe segment to the urea water tank (15), and detects the clogging of the pipe segment from the detection value of the pressure sensor during the emptying control.

摘要： A urea water solution injection system includes a urea water solution injection device for spraying a urea water solution into a portion of an exhaust passageway upstream of a selective catalytic reduction catalyst device to reduce NOx contained in exhaust gas discharged from an internal combustion engine, in which an engine coolant is circulated through the urea water solution injection device to prevent the freezing of the urea water solution, the system is provided with a crystal dissolution control unit for performing a crystal dissolution control on the urea water solution injection device by energizing at a preset amount of energization at a state where a urea water solution supply pump for supplying a urea water solution to the urea water solution injection device is kept stopped, and the crystal dissolution control unit performs the crystal dissolution control for a crystal dissolving energization time that is calculated in advance after the engine is started but before a urea water solution is started to be supplied. This makes it possible to provide the urea water solution injection system and a method for preventing crystallization in the urea water solution injection device which dissolve the crystallized urea before the urea water solution is started to be supplied after the internal combustion engine is started so as to prevent the sticking of the urea water solution injection device.
