    • A transmission cable structure includes one or more propagation channels. Two insulated conductors in each of the propagation channels are joined to each other tightly as a single piece, a first cover and at least one drain wire disposed outside each of the propagation channels for location and shield, a second covering and a jacket enclosed outside the first cover and the drain wire for forming electrical shield. Therefore, the two insulated conductors joined to each other tightly can ensure the symmetry of the transmission signal, also can prevent noise effectively and the electromagnetic wave of different loops by the double shield spaces formed by the first covering and the second covering in the transmission cable, so as to improve the transmission quality of the electronic signal.

    • A signal carrying cable in which the return, negative or cold conductor is greater in overall cross sectional area and mass than the signal, positive or hot conductor, based on a specific ratio that balances the flow of electrons, enhances electron movement and as a result improves signal transmission. The ratio is based firstly on the cross sectional area of each signal core/s in relation to each return core/s, and secondly on the diameter or perimeter of each signal strand in relation to each return strand. The ratio works effectively whether there are one or more strands in each conductor. For cables where the diameter or perimeter of each strand is the same for both signal and return, the ratio is based on cross sectional area only. Cables can comprise conductor strands other than round i.e. square, flat, rectangular, tubular etc.

    • A multilayer insulated wire has two or more extrusion-coating insulating layers provided on a conductor directly or via some other layer, or provided on the outside of a multicore wire composed of conductor cores or insulated cores that are collected together, wherein at least one of the insulating layers is made of a mixture prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a polyethersulfone resin and 10 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler. A transformer utilizes the multilayer insulated wire. The multilayer insulated wire can realize such high heat resistance as heat resistance F class (155° C.), which satisfies IEC 950 standards, or higher heat resistance, in transformers; and can exhibit excellent electrical properties even at high frequencies. Further, when the transformer is used at high frequencies, the electric properties are not lowered, and influence by the generation of heat can be prevented.
