摘要： The device for metering the volume of gas flowing in a pipe, downstream from an expander-regulator, comprises in succession a flow straightener, a velocity-measuring flowmeter, and a silent flowrate limiter. The straightener comprises a support ring in which there are mounted a first perforated plate having holes distributed over its surface, together with a first porous plate and a spacer in the form of an annulus co-operating with the first perforated plate. The limiter comprises an upstream web defining a second perforated plate perforated by a defined number of calibrated holes, the total flow section thereof being much less than the total flow section of the first perforated plate, a second perforated plate, and a downstream web defining a third perforated plate having holes of total flow section that is much greater than the total flow section of the second perforated plate of the upstream web.

摘要： A DRAM is provided at a portion relating to generation of a boosted potential with a filter circuit located between a detector circuit and a ring oscillator for removing a pulse-like change in level from an output signal of the detector circuit. Accordingly, temporary stop of the charge pump circuit can be prevented even when the boosted potential exceeds in a pulse-like manner the reference potential at the vicinity of the output node of the charge pump circuit, and the boosted potential can be rapidly restored to the reference potential.

摘要： The invention provides an apparatus for temporarily isolating a die from other dice on a wafer commonly connected to one or more common conductors. The conductors are connected to each die through a temporary isolation device, such as a diode. The common conductor supplies a signal to all dice during one set of test procedures, while the temporary isolation device can be used to isolate a die from the common conductor during another set of test procedures.
