When the shift shaft 211 is moved to the driving position, the roller 191 is moved to the driving position where the bevel gears 141, 143 and the propeller shaft 31 are engaged. When the shift shaft 211 is moved to the neutral position, the roller 191 is moved to a non-driving position where the bevel gears 141, 143 and the propeller shaft 31 are released.
