摘要： The invention provides an optical shaping apparatus comprising a stage 1 having a light transmitting portion 11, an irradiator 4 disposed below the stage 1, a table 3 disposed above the stage 1 and having a resin supply hole provided with an opening in a rear surface thereof, a lift mechanism 2 for driving the table 2 upward and downward, an optical shaping control unit 8 for controlling the operation of the lift mechanism 2 and the irradiator 4, and a resin supply tank 5 for supplying an uncured resin to the resin supply hole of the table 3. The uncured resin is filled into a space between the table 3 or a cured resin layer formed on the rear surface of the table 3 and the stage 1 to form an uncured resin layer of predetermined thickness, and the resin layer is irradiated with light over a region thereof in conformity with contour line data. The apparatus is shortened in shaping time, simplified in construction and compacted.

摘要： A molding apparatus for molding semiconductor devices using a molding compound in which a mold is automatically treated with a mold releasing agent is provided. A lead frame strip in-magazine part and a tablet loading part are designed so that dummy lead frame strips and releasing tablets used in a mold releasing agent treatment process are automatically supplied to the molding apparatus in a mold releasing agent treatment mode or a mold cleaning mode. After the mold releasing agent treatment mode or mold cleaning mode is complete, the molding apparatus is switched back to a normal molding process and normal lead frame strips and molding compound tablets are to the mold part. In addition, a pick-up part and a stack magazine part are designed to distinguish by-products generated during the mold releasing agent treatment process from normally molded products by switching from a normal molding process to either a mold releasing agent treatment process or a mold cleaning process.

摘要： A method for continuously forming discrete hollow parts includes extruding at least one continuous stream of molten plastic. A plurality of mold segments are arranged such that one or more segments periodically close on the one or more streams of molten plastic and define discrete part forming cavities when closed. A pressure differential is created within the discrete part forming cavities to shape the molten plastic accordingly. Air or another gas is replenished within the discrete hollow parts either in the discrete part forming cavities, or nearly immediately upon discharge from the cavities. The discrete hollow parts are then cooled. The apparatus for forming discrete hollow parts in this manner has an extruder and a plurality of the mold segments including one or more segments that can be closed on the plastic stream or streams. The pressure differential is applied by the apparatus to the closed mold segments. The hollow part interior is replenished either by the apparatus or manually by an operator. The parts can be cooled by a part of the apparatus or downstream of the apparatus.
