A preferred formulation includes (E)-2-hexenal and linalool in the first component (A) and acetic acid and isobutanol in the second component (B). The two components are combined such that the vapors of the components blend to effectively attract the targeted yellowjackets. A dispenser may be utilized to release the vapors and may also be included within a trap to provide a means for monitoring or controlling the insects.

摘要： Objects for use in medical application that are produced from plastics required to have an antimicrobially effective content of metals (or metal compounds) can be produced inexpensively by coating a plastic blank in the form of film, granules or fibers with the desired metal (or metal compound) according to the methods used in thin-film technology. The thus obtained intermediate is subsequently comminuted and mixed and, as the starting product for the desired final form, further processed. As a result, these objects are antimicrobially effective on every area of their surface, i.e. also on internal surfaces. The amount necessary for full effectiveness of the antimicrobially active substances, which in the case of the subject-matter of this invention are oligodynamically active metals (or metal compounds), is only a small percentage of that necessary when they are introduced into the plastic in the form of powder, which fact results in considerable financial advantages.

摘要： An absorbent article includes a vapor permeable backsheet, a liquid permeable topsheet positioned in facing relation with the backsheet; and an absorbent body located between the backsheet and the topsheet. The absorbent body may include multiple zones of high air permeability. The absorbent article may also include a ventilation layer between the absorbent body and the backsheet and a surge management layer between the absorbent body and the topsheet. The article exhibits improved air exchange within the article during use. As a result, the article maintains the temperature and exhibits substantially reduced levels of hydration of the wearer's skin when in use which renders the skin less susceptible to the viability of microorganisms. The absorbent article may further include lotion formulations and/or treatment compositions thereon for maintaining or improving skin health.

摘要： A disposable substantially dry foamable product is described including a water-insoluble substrate such as a flexible web, the substrate having first and second major surfaces, with a plurality of moguls spaced apart on the first major surface and a foamable composition deposited in major amounts on the second surface and a minor amount on the first surface. A method for producing the product is also described which employs the moguls in juxtaposition to a guide roller to establish space between a surface of the roller and the first surface of the substrate. Foamed composition is deposited onto the second surface which by seepage through apertures in the substrate allow a minor portion of the coating composition to deposit on the first surface of the substrate.

The skin irritant can be bound to the sequestering agent either on an individual's skin or on the absorbent article.
