Jedem Membranventil ist ein elektrisch betätigbares Entlüftungsventil 33 zugeordnet, welches eine fluidische Verbindung der Entlüftungskammer 31 mit einer Entlüftungsleitung beherrscht. Um die Ventileinrichtung derart auszubilden, dass das Auslassventil 28 möglichst schnell und vollständig entlüftet werden kann, ist erfindungsgemäß die Entlüftungsleitung 37 wenigstens eines Membranventils mit dem Steuereingang 9 des Relaisventils 8 fluidisch verbunden.

The brake negative pressure chamber is connected to the crank case and generates negative pressure of a brake. The cylinder head cover is connected to the crank case and lowers the inner pressure of the crank case. The first path connects the crank case and the brake negative pressure chamber. The second path connects the crank case and the cylinder head cover. The first valve is included in the first path in order to selectively open or close the first path. The second valve is included in the second path in order to selectively open and close the second path.
