摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for genomic profiling of regulatory factor binding sites. SOLUTION: A computer execution system for characterizing the regulatory factor binding sites includes instructions for implementing processes for retrieving one or more complete genes of one organism species from one or more data files according to one of scripts, wherein the data file includes transcription starting site (TSS) information and genetic information including genomic sequences of the organism species, retrieving the genomic sequences of the organism, mapping the positions of the TSSs regarding the complete genes on the genomic sequences, comparing all the positions of the mapped TSSs to identify the most 5' side position regarding each of the complete genes, and specifying the regulatory factor binding site based on the TSS having the most 5' side position regarding each of the complete genes.
