摘要： The development of air-stable unipolar n-type semiconductors with good solubility in organic solvents at room temperature remains a critical issue in the field of organic electronics. Moreover, most of the existing semiconducting materials exhibit LUMO energy levels higher than −4.0 eV, making electron transport sensitive to both moisture and oxygen. Bis(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)benzodifurandione dicyanide or derivatives thereof are disclosed herein. More specifically, bis(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)benzodifurandione dicyanide or derivatives thereof for use in organic electronics are disclosed. A process for the preparation of bis(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)benzodifurandione dicyanide and derivatives is also disclosed. The bis(2-oxoindolin-3-ylidene)benzodifurandione dicyanide or derivatives thereof are characterized by high electron mobilities and are suitable for use as n-type semiconductors in organic electronics.

The sensors include a cantilever and one or more probes, each of which has an electrode at its tip. The tips of the probes are sharp, with a radius of curvature of less than about 50 nm. In addition, the probes have a high aspect ratio of more than about 19:1. The sensors are suitable for both Atomic Force Microscopy and Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy.

摘要： A shaving aid delivery system for a shaving system includes a razor head having a resilient reservoir for holding a shaving aid and a piezoelectric ceramic disposed adjacent the resilient reservoir. The delivery system also includes a shaving strip disposed within the razor head, an actuator and an ejection port. The shaving strip is oriented to engage the skin of a user during a shaving stroke and the actuator electrically couples to the piezoelectric ceramic such that, upon activation, the actuator causes deformation of the piezoelectric ceramic which, in turn, deforms the resilient reservoir and forces the shaving aid from the reservoir through the ejection port. Alternatively, the actuator may include a shape memory alloy which, upon transformation between states, deforms the reservoir and forces the shaving aid from the reservoir through the ejection port.

摘要： A shaving aid delivery system for a razor assembly includes a cartridge assembly having a reservoir for storing a fluid shaving aid and skin care topicals, and channels for communicating the shaving aid to a shaving surface of the cartridge assembly. A spring driven piston assembly drives shaving aid from the reservoir to the shaving surface. A clutch assembly controls the movement of the piston assembly, the clutch assembly being movable between an engaged position wherein the movement of the piston assembly is prevented and a released position wherein the movement of the piston assembly is permitted. The clutch assembly is movable to the released position in response to a force applied to the shaving surface of the cartridge. A visual indicator alerts the user as to the amount of shaving aid remains in the reservoir and when replacement is due.

摘要： A collaborative on-line simulation system and method to provide automated and pro-active control functions for computer network. In a wide area network, clients communicate through one or several nodes (108). Each node (108) contains routers which include control plane (202) and data plane (204). Collaborative on-line simulators (206) are interfaced to the network nodes (108) and continuously monitor the surrounding network conditions, communicate with other simulators and execute collaborative on-line simulation. Based on the simulation results, the on-line simulators (206) continuously tune selected network parameters to a more efficient operation point to fit the current network conditions.
