摘要： A photosensitive polyimide resin composition has: a polyimide resin composition having a polyimide copolymer that is prepared by an imidation reaction of an acid dianhydride with a diamine; and a photosensitizer added to the polyimide resin composition. The polyimide copolymer has a polyimide constitutional unit-to-substituent ratio of 200 to 600, and the polyimide constitutional unit-to-substituent ratio is defined as C=A/B, where A represents a molecular weight of a repeating unit in a polyimide main chain constituting the polyimide copolymer, and B represents a total number of substituents in the repeating unit.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for melting a metallic material in the form of a pile of elongate metal ingots, wherein the ingot pile are pre-heated in a horizontal pre-heating chamber while the pile is moved from its one end to the other end, and the pre-heated pile at the other end is pushed into a melting chamber which communicates with the pre-heating chamber and extends vertically downwardly from the other end of the pre-heating chamber, whereby the pile is turned sideways before falling down into the melting chamber, with a result of collapse of the pile into the individual metal ingots in the melting chamber. The melting apparatus may comprise a damper device having at least one damper member which is movable between its retracted position, and its operated position at which the damper member closes a space between an inner wall surface of the pre-heating chamber and the opposite surface of the ingot pile, and thereby intercepts flow of exhaust gases from the melting chamber through the space between the wall surface and the ingot pile.

The sample is supplied to the burner from below, and the ions generated by the plasma are made to flow on a horizontal plane.

摘要： A X-ray photographing apparatus is suitable for use for a doctor to take X-ray photographing while performing medical treatment, and is capable of positioning a patient at a height at which operations are made ease in accordance with contents of medical treatment. The X-ray photographing apparatus comprises a table of a bed, on which a person to be inspected is placed, a table support device having a function for tilting the table about an axis in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the bed and vertically moving the bed, a X-ray irradiation device located above the person to be inspected on the bed and spaced a distance from a top side of the table, and a X-ray detection device located below the table, the support device having a horizontal support for supporting the bed from sides of the bed and a vertical support mechanism for vertically moving the horizontal support, and the vertical support mechanism being arranged on one side of the bed and offset toward an end of the bed from a center in the longitudinal direction of the bed, whereby a doctor is not interfered with in smoothly moving and performing medical treatment around a portion of the bed where the upper half of the body of the person to be inspected is placed, and a space for installing other medical treatment tools can be secured.
