摘要： The invention is a biochemical sensing device, including a photodiode capable of sensing the light generated by the reaction made by a specific compound, a specific enzyme, and a luminol as well as converting the optical signal into a current signal. Also, there is a current/voltage converting circuit capable of converting the current signal into an analog voltage signal. In turn, the analog voltage signal can be converted into a digital voltage signal through an analog/digital converter. Finally, by using an electronic device, the digital voltage signal can be received and analyzed, and through the analysis, the amount of the specific compound can be measured. The device of the invention can provide a simple real-time medical assay that can be performed in massive amount. For this reason, the drawbacks of a conventional spectrum analysis instrument of being bulky and expensive can be improved.

摘要： Latches and associated devices, including galley carts, are disclosed. An aircraft galley cart in accordance with an embodiment of the invention can include a body having a payload compartment and sized to move along an aircraft seat aisle. A door can be attached to the body to be movable between an open position and a closed position. A latch can be coupled to at least one of the door and the body, and at least a portion of the latch can be movable between a secured position and an unsecured position. When the latch is in the secured position, the door can be secured with the latch releasably coupling the door and the body together at fewer than three locations. When the latch is in the unsecured position, the door can be movable from the closed position to the open position.

摘要： Single write poles tend to large shape anisotropy which results in a very large remnant field when not actually writing. This has now been eliminated by giving the write pole the form of a three layer laminate in which two ferromagnetic layers are separated by a non-magnetic or antiferromagnetic coupling layer. Strong magnetostatic coupling between the outer layers causes their magnetization directions to automatically be antiparallel to one another, unless overcome by the more powerful write field, leaving the structure with a low net magnetic moment. The thickness of the middle layer must be carefully controlled.
