摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method for managing identity information. The apparatus includes a contract detail manager managing details of an identity information sharing contract made between a user and an identity provider (IdP) wanting to provide identity information about the user, and details of an identity information sharing contract made between the user and an identity consumer (IdC) wanting to be provided with the identity information about the user, an IdP selector selecting an IdP capable of providing the identity information about the user based on the details of the sharing contract when a request for the identity information about the user is input from the IdC, and an information provider obtaining information according to the identity information request from the selected IdP, and providing the obtained information to the IdC. The apparatus and method can solve a problem that all of a user's identity information is provided to an IdC according to the user's comprehensive agreement.

摘要： An apparatus for driving a display panel includes: a memory that stores pixel data to be displayed on the display panel; a multiple line selection (MLS) decoder that receives a plurality of pixel data from the memory and then decodes the plurality of pixel data simultaneousty, and a plurality of column drivers that activate a corresponding plurality of column lines of the display panel in order to output the decoded pixel data to the panel, wherein the MLS decoder is shared by the plurality of column lines. Accordingly, the plurality of column lines shares the MLS decoder and, thus, a chip size can be reduced. Moreover, since the memory outputs the pixel data using a single output line, the memory size can be reduced, as well. Furthermore, the apparatus includes the memory that supports a burst read mode, thereby reducing power consumption.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for recovering an organic-inorganic element-doped metal oxide from a hydrolysable metal compound, accompanied with contaminated water treatment. The present invention comprises steps of: a) adding a hydrolysable metal compound as a coagulant to a contaminated water to form a separable floc between the hydrolysable metal compound and contaminants present in contaminated water; b) separating the separable floc and the pre-treated water after flocculation treatment; and c) calcinating the separated floc over 500° C. to produce an organic-inorganic element-doped metal oxide. More preferably, the present invention further comprises subjecting the pre-treated water of the step b) to a microwave treatment to cause a photocatalytic degradation of an organic contaminant that remains in the pre-treated water, with the assistance of the remaining hydrolysable metal compound. A novel titanium compound is found as an alternative coagulant instead of iron and aluminum salts which most widely use in water treatment. Ability, capacity and efficiency of flocculation as the proposed titanium coagulant are similar to those of FeCl3 and alum coagulants in terms of removing organic matter. Titania produced by calcination of the separated floc after TiCl4 flocculation is mainly doped with C and P atoms.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method for recovering an organic-inorganic element-doped metal oxide from a hydrolysable metal compound, accompanied with contaminated water treatment.
