摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for encoding/decoding image using a motion vector.According to one embodiment of the present invention, an image-decoding method is provided. The image-decoding method comprises the following steps: clipping a motion vector of a reference picture with a predetermined dynamic range so as to generate a clipped motion vector; storing the clipped motion vector in a buffer; deriving a motion vector of a block to be decoded using the motion vector stored in the buffer; and performing inter-prediction decoding using the motion vector of the block to be decoded. According to the present invention, the size of a memory space required to store a motion vector may be reduced.

A 3D printing method according to an aspect of the present invention is a 3D printing method for fabricating a solid object 3D object by depositing a plurality of layers, The 3D printing method comprising: preparing a print medium including a color particle and a curable material of a liquid state, the curable material containing the color particle, wherein the color particle includes a photonic crystal particle and has a structural color defined according to a particle distance; preparing a 3D modeling data for the 3Dobject, wherein the 3D modeling data includes a layer data for at least one of the plurality of layers, and the layer data includes a shape data having a coordinate to be cured in the layer and a color data having a color value of the coordinate; preparing a working area for a specific layer of the plurality of layers, wherein the working area is a space having a predetermined thickness inward from a one surface of the printing medium; imparting a color to the print medium, wherein the color is imparted by adjusting the structural color of the color particles based on the color value of the color data among the layer data for the specific layer; by curing the curable material based on the coordinate of the shape data of the layer data for the specific layer, fixing the color imparted to the print medium and simultaneously fabricating the specific layer.

Method for decoding an image can comprise the steps of: decoding a color difference component quantization parameter offset on the basis of size information of a transform unit; and calculating a color difference component quantization parameter index on the basis of the decoded color difference component quantization parameter offset. Therefore, the present invention enables effective quantization by applying different color difference component quantization parameters according to the size of the transform unit when executing the quantization.

Once the fob is certified, the vehicle is converted from a remote start mode to a normal mode. If, however, the fob is not certified the remote start is terminated.

摘要： Disclosed is an entropy coding method using an index mapping table, and an apparatus using the method. An imagedecoding method comprises: a step of mapping an inputted codeword to a code number with reference to an inverse codeword mapping table, and calculating the mapped code number in a table index; and a step of updating the inverse mapping table based on the accumulated number of occurrences of the code number, the number of sequential occurrences of the code number, neighbor block encoding/decoding information, and/or threshold value information for updating the inverse index mapping table. According to the present invention, an index mapping table is realigned based on a certain condition, thereby improving encoding/decoding efficiency.

摘要： Disclosed is a highly heat-resistant film for electrode terminals. The heat-resistant film includes a polymer layer as a central substrate to be sealably interposed between a pouch and electrode terminals. The polymer layer is formed of a mixture of at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-norbornene copolymer, polymethylpentene, polyalkylene terephthalate and polyphenylene sulfide with highly heat-resistant polypropylene in a weight ratio of 5:5 to 9:1. The heat-resistant film simultaneously meets requirements in terms of thermal adhesiveness and high temperature dimensional stability, which are contradictory to each other in conventional films for electrode terminals of secondary batteries. In addition, the heat-resistant film has enhanced electrolyte resistance to improve the durability of a secondary battery. Further disclosed are a method for producing the heat-resistant film and an electrode terminal structure including the heat-resistant film.
