摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method for processing motion picture and a record medium, which decompose a motion picture into unit frames and insert copyright information into the unit frames, enabling to determine the infringement of copyright when the motion picture is illegally circulated. The apparatus includes a processing unit, a merging unit and an output unit. The processing unit decomposes a motion picture into a plurality of unit frames, and generates a main frame, a sub-frame including copyright information for the motion picture and a degree frame which is paired with the sub-frame, based on the unit frames. The merging unit merges the sub-frame into the main frame according to a degree of mergence of the degree frame. The output unit continuously outputs the merged frames in time order.

摘要： An apparatus and method for embedding and extracting a capturing-resistant audio watermark based on discrete wavelet transform, and a copyright management system using the same are provided. The apparatus for embedding a wavelet based audio watermark includes: a framing unit for dividing an input audio signal into small signals with a regular length; a discrete wavelet transform unit for calculating an mean value of wavelet coefficients by transforming the small signals based on a discrete wavelet transform; and an embedding unit for changing the calculated mean value according to a watermark where a synchronization signal is inserted and inserting the watermark into the audio signal.

摘要： A method for inserting and extracting a fingerprint based on a wavelet is disclosed. The method includes: a) decomposing an original image into a first sub-band image having low frequency band columns and rows, a second sub-band image having high frequency band columns and low frequency band rows, a third sub-band image having low frequency band columns and high frequency band rows and a fourth sub-band image having high frequency band columns and rows by performing an n-level discrete wavelet transformation on an original image; b) obtaining a human visual system model from the first sub-band image; c) generating an N×N fingerprint basic block by performing a message modulation on a multi-bit fingerprint signal with a security key and adding a synch pattern to the modulated signal; d) repeatedly inserting the fingerprint basic block in to the second, the third and the fourth sub-band images with reference to the human visual system model; and e) generating a fingerprint inserted image by performing an inverse discrete wavelet transformation on the first sub-band image and the fingerprint basic block inserted second, third and fourth sub-band images.
