摘要： The present invention relates to a plasmid (pHCE-FOREX) functioning as both a T-vector and an expression vector, which is produced by imparting a T-vector function to an HCE promoter derived from a constitutive high-level expression vector and can express a target protein in a simple and rapid manner. Also, the present invention relates to an expression vector having the target gene inserted into the plasmid, and the expression of the target gene using the same. The plasmid of the present invention can be converted into a vector that expresses the target protein by one-step T-vector cloning in a simple and rapid manner. The plasmid converted into the expression vector does not require a re-transformation step and allows the high-level expression of the target protein only by the culturing of transformed E. coli without the addition of an expensive inducer. Thus, according to the present invention, expression plasmids for large amounts of target genes can be produced at the same time, so that the present invention will be very efficient in establishing expression systems for certain genomes and gene groups.

摘要： The present invention relates to a surface expression vector of SARS coronavirus antigen containing a gene encoding an antigen of SARS inducing coronavirus and any one or two or more of genes pgsB, pgsC and pgsA encoding poly-gamma-glutamic acid synthase complex, a microorganism transformed by the surface expression vector, and a SARS vaccine comprising the microorganism. According to the present invention, it is possible to economically produce a vaccine for prevention and treatment of SARS using a recombinant strain expressing an SARS coronavirus antigen on their surface.

摘要： The present invention relates to a poly-gamma-glutamate (PGA) having an ultra-high molecular weight greater than 5,000 kDa. The ultra-high molecular weight PGA according to the present invention has a mean molecular weight greater than 13,000 kDa, and more than 95% of its molecules have a molecular weight ranging from 3,000 to 15,000 kDa. Also, it can be produced by the culturing of Bacillus subtilis var. chungkookjang. The ultra-high molecular weight PGA according to the present invention shows very excellent moisture-absorbing, moisture-retaining, sustained release, mineral solubility, and water-absorbing properties, and thus, can be used as a new and high value-added material in various applications.

The OLT performs the authenticated encryption for the generated GTC downlink frame according to the ONU by including an authentication generator and the ONU determines whether the GTC downlink frame is allowed to be processed or not by checking the authentication of the received GTC downlink frame through an authentication checker.

摘要： A mobile terminal executes a navigation function by receiving Transport Protocol Experts Group (TPEG) traffic information through a Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) network. This DMB-based mobile terminal receives and decodes TPEG data at a separate second processor different from a conventional first processor. Further, the DMB-based mobile terminal may execute a calculation of an optimum route at the second processor. The terminal and a related method reduce the processing load of the first processor, which causes a decrease in the response time to a user's navigation request and improves a user's convenience.
