摘要： A liquid crystal display device comprises an array substrate including a plurality of pixel electrodes, a counter substrate including a counter electrode facing the pixel electrodes, and a liquid crystal layer which modulates reflected and transmitted light of each pixel held between the substrates and defined by a corresponding pixel electrode. In particular, each pixel electrode has a conductive light reflective layer which reflects incident light and at least one opening which is formed as a missing portion of the conductive light reflective film to transmit incident light.

摘要： A liquid crystal display panel is arranged such that a reflection member overlaps a light-shielding wiring pattern such that apertures are left unmasked. This prevents light use efficiency from being decreased due to a light-shielding wiring pattern having memory wiring layers. An array substrate includes a transparent electrode which applies a field to a liquid crystal layer, a light-shielding wiring pattern having one or more apertures which allow transmission of light incident on the liquid crystal layer from the reverse side of the array substrate, and a reflection member which reflects incident light applied from a counter substrate side through the liquid crystal layer.

摘要： An LCD device includes a transparent glass plate 122 and thin film transistor electrodes 124 formed on the glass plate 122. A photosensitive insulation film 128 is coated on the glass plate 122 and the thin film transistor electrodes 124. The insulation film 128 includes transparent and reflective regions 134 and 133 which are different in thickness. Light shielding films 126 are positioned underneath boundaries of the transparent and reflective regions 134 and 133. Where an optical exposure stage includes different reflection coefficient portions, the light shielding films 126 prevent light reflected by the exposure stage from reaching the insulation film thereby maintaining the accuracy of its patterning.

摘要： The present invention describes a silver halide color negative photographic light-sensitive material having an improved graininess and an excellent image quality even when picture-taken under various light sources each having a color temperature different from daylight. 摘要： In a spark plug voltage probe device, an electrically shield casing (301) is provided in which electrical circuit boards (302) are accommodated, the shield casing (301) having an electrically conductive wall (313) connected to the ground. This makes it possible to reduce a noise level by the ratio of the static capacity (C1) to a static capacity (C2) between the electrically conductive wall (313) and the electrode plate (332). An electrical shield sheet (343) is fixedly attached to the lower surface of the rubber plate (342).

摘要： A mixing ratio detecting device for composite liquid has a transparent column placed so that a bottom of the column is in contact with a mixing liquid, and a light emitting diode disposed so that light beams therefrom are incident on one side of the column to pass therethrough so as to impinge on an interface between the bottom of the column and the mixing liquid. The light beams impinged on the interface less than a critical angle are refracted, while the light beams impinged on the interface more than the critical angle totally reflected to escape from other side of the column. A photo diode is provided to receive the light beams escaped from the other side of the column so as to generate an output. An effective photo-receiving area of the photo diode is in the form of an inversed trapezoid to compensate for characteristics of the output from the photo diode.
