摘要： A cell sheet having a high hyaluronic acid production ability can be typically prepared by a method in which, on a cell culture support having a surface coated with a polymer which changes a hydration ability in a temperature range of 0-80° C., cells with increased stem cell content are cultured in a temperature range where the polymer exhibits a weak hydration ability, and then the temperature of a culture solution is changed to a temperature at which the polymer exhibits a strong hydration ability, so that the cultured cells are detached in the form of sheet.

摘要： A method of analyzing a sugar chain by high performance liquid chromatography uses a column packed with a stationary phase including anion and cation exchangers. A fluorescence-labeled sample is prepared for the analysis by decomposing glycosaminoglycans to be analyzed into their constitutional units being disaccharides, capturing the disaccharides by glycoblotting, releasing the disaccharides by acid treatment, and subsequently reductively aminating the released disaccharides. In this method, two or more types of glycosaminoglycans can be simultaneously analyzed.

By this means, the tactile softness (cushion properties) are improved by preventing the fine projections (20) from undergoing simple compression deformation in the axial direction, and stick-slip due to friction between the fine projections (20) and the surface (22) is avoided, making it possible to obtain a smooth and stable tactile softness.

摘要： By using a graft polymer comprising a dendritic polymer with a styrene skeleton and a hydrophilic polymer grafted to a terminal thereof, a temperature-responsive substrate for cell culture having a temperature-responsive surface for cell culture that allows cells to be cultured with high efficiency and which yet allows cultured cells to be exfoliated in a short period of time and with high efficiency by simply changing the temperature of the substrate surface can be prepared conveniently. If this temperature-responsive substrate for cell culture is used, cells obtained from a variety of tissues can be cultured with high efficiency. If this culture method is utilized, cultured cells can be exfoliated intact in a short amount of time with high efficiency. In addition, by using this graft polymer, a wide range of peptides and proteins can also be separated by simply changing the temperature of a chromatographic carrier. This allows for convenient separation procedure and improves the efficiency of separating operations. What is more, the stereoregularity of the dendritic polymer per se may be utilized to enable separation of solutes based on differences in their molecular structures.
