摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the capability of coping with internal pressure by forming a shear resistance section such as ribs staggered along the peripheral direction of lining, on the ring joint surface between segments, and filling the gap of the jointed surface with a filler for jointing the segments to each other. CONSTITUTION:In space inside the skin plate 20 of a shield machine, synthetic segments 1A are held with an erector and supported on a mobile timbering device 21. Concrete 22 is placed in the concrete filling space 6 of a steel hull from a concrete filling port. Then, the coupling sections 12 and 13 of the segments 1A joined together via a seal member 25, and filling space 26 formed out of the filling recesses of both segments 1A is filled with a filler 27. While a shield machine is being propelled with a propulsion jack 23, a back-filling material 24 is fed through a back-filling port 16. According to this construction, segment rings, particularly when subjected to internal pressure, can effectively cooperate with each other for resisting axial tension and cross sectional shear.

摘要： PURPOSE:To securely carry out the water stop treatment of a pipe roof by providing guide pipes to the respective outside walls of embedded pipes, and by injecting solidifying material or the like into the ground through injection pipes for treating the earth and sand situated in the gap between pipes. CONSTITUTION:Along the overall length of a main pipe 1 of a pipe roof that has been laid by a propulsive method, slits 2a opened to the inscribed line between a guide pipe 2 and the pipe 1 are formed. In this case, an injection pipe 3 is inserted into the inside of the guide pipe 2, and a plurality of injection nozzles 4 are lengthwise provided on the outside wall of the injection pipe 3 so as to be perpendicular to the slits 2a. Then, solidifying material such as cement milk is injected through the injection nozzles 4, and solidified membrane 6 that connects adjacent main pipes 1 in the earth and sand in a solidified state is formed. Thereby, the seal between the pipes 1 that have been irregularly joined by the respective solidified membranes 6 is carried out, and various work under the pipe roof can be easily performed.

A soil-improving material is injected from the nozzle injection port to a distant outside opposed part 4" on the covering surface of a preceding unit tunnel 1 while the post- moving shield machine 10 is excavating so as to form an improved body 4'. Next, after a jack is extended, back-filling is performed on the rear side of the improved body 4', and then, after the jack is retracted and a new forwardmost segment is assembled, the above step is repeated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the outlaying lining body for a large-sectional tunnel whose section can be set to have an arbitrary shape. SOLUTION: The outlaying part 10 of a tunnel is divided to circular small sections 1s, 9s, sunfish-shaped small sections 2s-8s, 10s-16s, both hand drum shape-ended small sections 18s, 17s. The protruded arcs and the recessed arcs of the respective small sections 1s-18s are fitted to join each other. In the upper and lower parts 11, 12, the linear part of one side small section and the linear part of the other small section mutually adjacent to each other are arranged at a little angle (θ) to form an arc. In both the right and left side parts 13, 14, respective small sections are linearly arranged without mutual angles. The circular small sections 1s, 9s are excavated by a first basic excavator, the sunfish-shaped small sections 2s-8s, 10s-16s are excavated by a second excavator, and both the hand drum shape-ended small sections 18s, 17s are excavated by a third basic excavator respectively. These are covered with boxes or the like made of RC to construct 18 elemental tunnels. These elemental tunnels are integrally connected to form an outlaying lining body.

And in the section in which adjacent tunnels are arranged to contact each other, the excavating means and flat plates 20 are towed and transferred under the condition that nearly whole width of the flat plate 20 is contained in the the guide grooves, and in the section in which adjacent tunnels are separately arranged, the excavating means and the flat plates 20 are towed and transferred under the condition that a specified length of both side ends of the flat plate is contained in the guide groove.

The ground surrounded by these pipe roofs and the contiunuous wall is excavated and removed, and the widened part of the tunnel is constructed in the space thus produced.
