    • A relief device including: an oil pump; an upstream flow passage provided from a discharge section side of the oil pump to an engine; an oil-pressure relief valve relieving oil by a valve body moving due to oil pressure; and a temperature-sensitive relief valve B relieving oil by detecting an oil temperature and opening and closing steplessly. The oil-pressure relief valve and the temperature-sensitive relief valve are disposed in parallel in the upstream flow passage. A portion of the pump housing of the oil pump is formed in an integrated fashion with a casing of an oil circulation mechanism. An oil filter 102 is provided in the upstream flow passage 61, and the temperature-sensitive relief valve B is positioned on the upstream side of the oil filter.

    • An oil pump device includes an oil circulation flow channel; a gear pump section including a drive gear unit and a driven gear unit; a first branching flow channel that branches from the oil circulation flow channel and communicates with the gear pump section; a hydraulic control valve that drives the driven gear unit; a second branching flow channel that branches from the oil circulation flow channel and communicates with a second small-diameter passage section; a solenoid valve that includes a drain discharge port; an orifice that is disposed between the second small-diameter passage section and the solenoid valve; and a spring that elastically urges the driven gear unit. The solenoid valve performs control in such a manner that the second branching flow channel and the second small-diameter passage section are put to a communicating state or a non-communicating state, and that the drain discharge port communicates with the second small-diameter passage section in the non-communicating state.

    • A relief device for an oil pump includes a relief valve including a small diameter valve chamber and a large diameter valve chamber and a valve housing that includes a relief discharge section, a temperature sensitive valve, an oil pump, a main channel, a relief channel, and an auxiliary channel. The relief channel causes one side of the small diameter valve chamber and the large diameter valve chamber and the oil pump to always communicate with each other and enables oil to be discharged from the relief discharge section. The auxiliary channel enables the other one side of the small diameter valve chamber and the large diameter valve chamber and the oil pump to communicate with each other. The temperature sensitive valve is included in the auxiliary channel. The temperature sensitive valve controls the auxiliary channel to be in a communication state when oil is at a low temperature and controls the auxiliary channel to be in a non-communication state during high oil temperature.
