    • Disclosed are a color substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a liquid crystal display. The color substrate comprises a substrate; black matrices disposed on the substrate; color pixels whose material is fluorescent material disposed alternately among the black matrices; a flat encapsulation layer covering the black matrices and the color pixel; and a built-in polarizer attached to the flat encapsulation layer. The manufacturing method comprises forming black matrices on a substrate, and forming color pixels of fluorescent material among the black matrices; form a flat encapsulation layer; and form a built-in polarizer. The liquid crystal display by using the color substrate of the present invention further comprises a array substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a back light wherein wavelength of light emitted by the back light is shorter than of equal to stimulated luminescence critical wavelength of fluorescent material of the color pixels on the color substrate. In the present invention, the color fluorescent material is used for replacing the color resin material on the color substrate, the lamination mode is changed and the energy loss resulting from light-absorbing of the resin material is decreased, which could increase the light utilization efficiency and improve the visual angle characteristic of the liquid crystal display.

    • Disclosed are a color substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a liquid crystal display. The color substrate comprises a substrate; black matrices disposed on the substrate; color pixels whose material is fluorescent material disposed alternately among the black matrices; a flat encapsulation layer covering the black matrices and the color pixel; and a built-in polarizer attached to the flat encapsulation layer. In the present invention, the color fluorescent material is used for replacing the color resin material on the color substrate, the lamination mode is changed and the energy loss resulting from light-absorbing of the resin material is decreased, which could increase the light utilization efficiency and improve the visual angle characteristic of the liquid crystal display.

    • The present invention relates to a circuit and a method for repairing a broken line of a flat panel display device. The circuit includes a second repairing line and a resistance access port is disposed on the second repairing line. The method includes: disposing a resistance access port on a second repairing line of the flat panel display device; and connecting a resistance meeting a display requirement to the resistance access port. The above solutions enable the circuit for repairing to adjust the load resistance so as to adjust the display effect by disposing the resistance access port; thereby improving the repairing effect and making the display quality of the repaired flat panel display device meet the requirement.

    • The present invention relates to a touching-type electronic paper and method for manufacturing the same. The touching-type electronic paper includes a TFT substrate and a transparent electrode substrate which are disposed as a cell. The transparent electrode substrate includes a common electrode, microcapsule electronic ink and light guiding poles as light transmitting passages, all of which are formed on a first substrate. The TFT substrate comprises displaying electrodes, first TFTs for driving the displaying electrodes, second TFTs for detecting lights transmitting through the light guiding poles and for producing level signals, and third TFTs for reading the level signals and sending the level signals to a back-end processing system, all of which are formed on a second substrate. The light guiding poles are opposite to the second TFTs respectively. The present invention makes the natural lights or other lights outside transmitted to the second TFTs through the light guiding poles by disposing the light guiding poles as light transmitting passages and disposing the second TFTs as light sensor units. The present invention has many advantages such as simple structure, simple manufacturing process and low cost, so as to have a wide application prospect.

    • The present invention relates to a touching-type electronic paper and method for manufacturing the same. The touching-type electronic paper includes a TFT substrate and a transparent electrode substrate which are disposed as a cell.     • The present invention relates to a polarizer and a method for produce for producing the same, and an LCD device. The polarizer includes a glass substrate and a metal wire grating disposed on the glass substrate. The polarizer disposed on the LCD device can greatly lower cost of the polarizer and the LCD device. Besides, the polarizer does not absorb incident lights so as to greatly reduce energy loss of lights passing through the polarizer and improve the utilization rate of light energy. The method includes: disposing a cathode and an anode in parallel on one glass substrate; connecting the cathode and the anode to a direct current power supply; dropping solution containing metal positive ions between the cathode and the anode; disposing another glass substrate on the cathode and the anode; adjusting temperature of the solution until the solution is frozen to be ice; adjusting the temperature until a liquid layer appears between the one glass substrate and the ice; and supplying power for the cathode and the anode so as to obtain the polarizer, which can greatly simplify the producing process of the polarizer and lower the producing cost of the polarizer.

    • The present invention relates to an array substrate of TFT-LCD and Method for manufacturing the same. The array substrate includes: gate lines, data lines, pixel electrodes and TFTs formed on a substrate; and a grid graph formed on each of the pixel electrode to make each of the pixel electrodes be simultaneously a built-in polarizer and change natural lights into linear polarized lights. The method for manufacturing an array substrate includes: forming a graph including gate electrodes and gate lines on a substrate; depositing continuously a gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer and a doped semiconductor layer, and forming graphs of semiconductor layers and doped semiconductor layers above the gate electrodes; forming graphs of source electrodes, drain electrodes, data lines and pixel electrodes, in which a grid graph formed on each of the pixel electrode to make each of the pixel electrodes be simultaneously a built-in polarizer and change natural lights into linear polarized lights. In the present invention, there is no need to attach polarizer of absorption type to the array substrate after being disposed with the color filter substrate as a cell, thereby reducing the production cost of the TFT-LCD, and which is propitious to reduce the thickness of the TFT-LCD and increase the power utilization efficiency greatly of LCD.
