摘要： An approach to collect and interpret results from Y2H screens uses high-throughput next-generation sequencing technologies. In particular, this system is appropriate to generate comprehensive profiles of protein-protein interactions (PPIs), allowing also a side-by-side comparison of specific PPI patterns with that from control samples and allows a direct comparison of PPI patterns displayed by proteins in their wild-type and various mutant conformations. While sample preparation relies to the most part on established transcriptome and RNA sequencing procedures, this invention also encloses a specific DNA preparation step to sequester irrelevant and contaminating sequences from the sample.

摘要： A magnetic suspension planar motor comprises a structure of superconductor excitation. A primary base plate is in a shape of board. Armature windings are fixed on an air gap side of the primary base plate. A secondary base plate in a secondary structure is evenly divided into 2 h*2 h magnet cells. 2 h2 superconducting magnets are respectively fixed in the magnet cells on the secondary base plate, which resembles a checkerboard pattern. The superconducting magnets are adjacent to each other, neither in a horizontal direction nor in a vertical direction. The superconducting magnets are magnetized parallelly, and magnetization directions of the superconducting magnets are perpendicular to a surface on an air gap side of the secondary base plate. The superconducting magnets in a same row or column have same magnetization directions, and the superconducting magnets in adjacent rows columns have contrary magnetization directions. A cooling container shields all of the superconducting magnets.

摘要： A sealing device and method are described herein that can be used to manufacture a hermetically sealed glass package. In one embodiment, the hermetically sealed glass package is suitable to protect thin film devices which are sensitive to the ambient environment (e.g., oxygen, moisture). Some examples of such glass packages are organic emitting light diode (OLED) displays, sensors, and other optical devices. The present invention is demonstrated using an OLED display as an example.

摘要： A method for filtering particles from water mist laden air involves passing the air through a medium that has a nanoweb layer in fluid contact with a hydrophobic nonwoven web. The hydrophobic web can be made of an intrinsically hydrophobic material, or can be coated with a hydrophobic coating. The medium does not undergo the large pressure drops normally associated with filtration of water mists and retains its efficiency well.

摘要： The present invention discloses a multi-input multi-output antenna system comprising a first radiation unit, a second radiation unit, a radiation floor, a dielectric plate and a parasitic element. The first radiation unit, the second radiation unit and the parasitic element are printed on an upper surface of the dielectric plate, and the radiation floor is printed on a lower surface of the dielectric plate. The first radiation unit and the second radiation unit are planar monopole antennas, and the parasitic element is positioned between the first radiation unit and the second radiation unit. The system in accordance with the present invention can implement miniaturization of the antennas, and ensure two ports of an antenna have high isolation while maintaining good radiation performance.
