摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, system and method for controlling a bulge radius of a pressure member in a belt-roll fuser.SOLUTION: A belt-roll fuser 300 has a first pressure member 301. The belt-roll fuser also has a fuser belt 303 having a portion that faces a surface of the first pressure member at a region defining a fusing nip 307. The belt-roll fuser further has a second pressure member 305 that faces another portion of the fuser belt at the fusing nip such that the fuser belt is entrained between the first pressure member and the second pressure member. The belt-roll fuser additionally has a deformation member 309 configured to deform the first pressure member.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet peeling device which does generate a glossiness failure by a fact that a sheet adheres to a fixation member or contacts a belt again at an exit of a belt roll fuser.SOLUTION: An internal pressure roll 420 engages with an external pressure roll 410 via a belt 443 to form a fixation nip. The internal pressure roll includes an internal pressure roll bearing 462 to which an attachment plate 460 is attached to allow movement of the attachment plate around a rotational axis of the internal pressure roll. A peeling member is attached to the attachment plate, and constituted so as to press the belt in the direction of the external pressure roll by an energization member 467. An attachment plate ski 465 contacts an external pressure roll bearing 411, and restricts the movement of the attachment plate to position the peeling member.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with image quality defects which may occur when paper leaves a belt surface during processing in a belt-roll fuser apparatus.SOLUTION: A belt roll fuser apparatus may include a plurality of internal pressure members such as internal pressure rolls 322. The plurality of internal pressure rolls 322 may be hard rolls, may be formed of steel shafts surrounded by a urethane outer surface, and may have small radii relative to the radius of an external pressure roll 310. The belt 343 and the plurality of internal pressure rolls 322 are in contact with the external pressure roll 310 to form a plurality of fuser nips respectively. With this configuration, consistent fixation pressure is ensured over the whole length of the nips, and a sheet is stripped from the belt 343 at a nip exit point without re-tacking.
