摘要： The invention relates to a composite antifriction bearing material for producing antifriction bearing elements, in particular antifriction bearing bushes and antifriction bearing half liners for engine applications, comprising a steel carrier layer and a copper-based, in particular copper-tin-based or copper-zinc-based bearing metal layer applied on top, and comprising an aluminum-based running layer sputtered onto the bearing metal layer; to improve the running-in behavior, applied to the sputtered-on running layer is an additional running-in layer, which is either a zinc-phosphate layer 1-5 μm thick formed on the surface of the running layer or a layer of tin, bismuth, silver or alloys thereof 1-5 μm thick sputtered onto the running layer, but softer than the latter, or a polymer-based antifriction coating less than 10 μm thick.

摘要： A crankshaft bearing shell in an internal combustion engine of a vehicle is made from a steel/aluminum composite material and is composed of a steel supporting layer and an aluminum plated sliding layer containing parts of tin and copper in the aluminum sliding layer, optionally comprising an intermediate layer consisting of pure aluminum. The aluminum sliding layer comprises A1Sn (20-23) Cu(1.8-2.3) alloy, optionally containing additions of up to 0.1 wt % of Ni, 0.7 wt % of Si, 0.7 wt % Fe, 0.7 wt % Mn, 0.2 wt % Ti, wherein the sum of Si, Fe and Mn is less than 1 wt %; and impurities form a total amount of less than 0.5 wt.- % with the aluminum sliding layer having a Brinell hardness of at least 45 HB 1/5/30 after heat treatment.

摘要： A manually operable press comprises a manually pivotable actuating lever for effecting a forward press stroke and a return stroke of a press slide. A mechanical return stroke interlock inhibits a return movement of the press before the press slide has come to a lower end position of the press stroke. A cam plate within said return stroke interlock is connected for being pivoted together with the actuating lever. The cam plate has a groove-shaped guide cam provided with a plurality of lock protrusions. A spring-biased lock pin runs along the guide cam and is adapted to run freely along the guide ram in an operational direction but is inhibited by the lock protrusions within the guide cam from running in a direction opposite the operational direction. An opening each is provided in the guide cam at the lock protrusions. Unlocking pins are provided in each of the openings. The pins are adapted to be actuated from outside the press for bringing the lock pin out of engagement with the lock protrusions thus allowing the lock pin to run in the opposite direction when the unlocking pins are actuated.
