    • A portable electronic apparatus with a power saving function is provided. A preferred embodiment of the apparatus includes a first data storage (11), a temp data storage (12), a power unit (14), a power control unit (13), and a CPU (15).     • An electronic signature system is provided. The system includes a server and a database for storing a plurality of signature selections. The server includes a signature task setting module for receiving a request for signing a document which has a document type, and setting the signature procedure according to the document type; a transmitting module for simultaneously distributing the document to designated signers; a signature selection setting module for receiving a signature selection selected by each signer in real-time; a signature selection analyzing module for obtaining the signature selections, analyzing the signature selections, thereby generating an analysis result; a determining module for determining whether a current designated signer has a right to sign the document according to the analysis result; and a signature performing module for signing the document if the current designated signer has the right. An electronic signature method is also provided.

The identification code indicates whether the electronic file is an instant file or a common file. The portable electronic apparatus includes a main part, a data storage, and a receiving unit. The main part being selective in a “power-on” state or a “power-off” state is for displaying the electronic file and obtaining the instant electronic file from the data storage to display when the main part enters into the “power-on” state. The receiving unit is for receiving the electronic file, determining according to the identification code whether the electronic file is an instant file and whether the main part is in the “power-on” state; and storing the electronic file to the data storage and controlling the main part in the “power-on” state if the electronic file is an instant file but the main part is in the “power-off” state.
