    • An E-paper display device with touch sensing function includes a composite transparent electrodes layer including at least one layer of touch electrodes responding to a touch, a pixel electrode, and an electrophoretic medium contacting the composite transparent electrodes layer and arranged between the composite transparent electrodes layer and the pixel electrode. One of the at least one layer of touch electrodes forms a display layer with the pixel electrode and the electrophoretic medium. A driving circuit configured to detect the location of a user touch on the composite transparent electrodes layer and drive the electrophoretic medium layer for displaying content. With the use of the composite transparent electrodes layer, the light propagation efficiency can be effectively improved, and the manufacturing technology is simplified.

    • An electronic paper device is provided. The electronic paper device includes a common electrode layer, a plurality of pixel electrodes, an electrophoretic ink layer, a conductive layer, a voltage detection unit, and a processing unit. Each pixel electrode corresponds to a coordinate of a coordinate system. The electrophoretic ink layer is electrically connected between the plurality of pixel electrodes and the common electrode layer. The conductive layer and the common electrode layer respectively have a different voltage. When the user touches the electronic paper device and causes the conductive layer contacts with a pixel electrode corresponding to the touch position, then the pixel electrode obtain the voltage of the conductive layer and an electric field is form between the pixel electrode and the common electrode layer. Thereby causing a color change of the position of the electronic paper device corresponding to the touch position.

    • A color electroluminescent (EL) display device comprises a transparent substrate, and a transparent electrode arranged on the transparent substrate. The EL display also includes an electroluminescent layer arranged on the transparent electrode that comprises a plurality of pixel units. Each pixel unit comprises at least two regions comprising electroluminescent materials capable of emitting light of different colors. The EL display further comprises a plurality of opposing electrodes arranged on the electroluminescent layer.     • A voltage enhanced battery module and a voltage enhanced battery assembly with the same are described. The voltage enhanced battery module includes a battery cell and a voltage enhancing circuit. The battery cell provides an original output voltage, and the voltage enhancing circuit generates a predetermined voltage difference with the power of the original output voltage to output an actual output voltage to a load. The predetermined voltage difference is superimposed on the original output voltage so that the actual output voltage equals the original output voltage plus the predetermined voltage difference. The battery cell is preferably a rechargeable Li—Fe battery cell. The voltage enhancing circuit can stop superimposing the predetermined voltage difference on the original output voltage when the original output voltage is lower than a predetermined value so that the actual output voltage equals the original output voltage. The voltage enhanced battery module is preferably used on a motor, a power tool such as a power screwdriver or drill, or an electric motorcycle.
