SOLUTION: This device for executing chromatography is constituted of a solvent distribution system receiving a part of a sample solvent from an automatic sampler, and providing the sample solvent, the automatic sampler, a detector; a column and a computer means, wherein the computer means can communicate with the solvent distribution system, the automatic sampler and the detector by means of signals, transmits signals to a solvent system; the automatic sampler and the detector, distributes a part of the sample solvent, including a standard to the detector, generates a standard value to compares the standard value with a control value, in order to confirm qualifications of the solvent distribution system, the automatic sampler and the detector, and verifies the solvent distribution system, the automatic sampler and the detector through a regression analysis.

摘要： A method and apparatus for automating the qualification process for chromotographic systems. Automation technology and regression analysis are used for qualifying a chromatography system. The trained operator (100) prepares the chromatography system to ensure that the samples, solvents, and the separation column are ready for analysis. The qualification of the detector (108), the solvent delivery system (109), the sample manager (110), the gradient proportioning system (111), the column heater (113), and the delay volumn (112) of the chromatography system are completed without the necessity of operator (100) intervention. Regression analysis is performed to compute performance statistics that demonstrate the accuracy, linearity, and precision of the chromatographic system and quantify its suitability for chromatographic for chromatographic analysis.
