摘要： The invention relates to wood-based form parts, which are composed of a finely-divided wood material which is mixed with a binder and hardened into the desired shape, a method for the preparation thereof and the use of the form parts. According to the invention, the binder of the form parts comprises at least partially gluten or a similar cereal-based protein product, the weight ratio between the gluten and the wood raw material being about 0.05 to 3. Preferably, the finely-divided wood material comprises wood chips, wood fibres or wood flour. According to a preferred embodiment, the form parts contain also cement and/or gypsum and possibly a foaming agent, glycerol, glycol and/or a boron-containing substance. The form parts according to the invention can be employed for preparing heat insulation boards which are easily shaped. The thermal resistance of the heat insulation boards is of the order of 0.05 to 0.08 W/m DEG C.

摘要： The invention concerns a process for preparing compositions containing cellulose-based materials, according to which process a finely-divided cellulose-based material is mixed with an aggregate. According to the invention, the cellulose-based substance, such as wood or cellulose fibres, is first heated at a temperature of 150 to 300 DEG C before it is mixed with the aggregate. As a result of the heat treatment, the material becomes less hygroscopic, which makes it easier to mix with other substances. Furthermore, the mono- and polysaccharides and extractives contained in wood are partly decomposed and removed during the heat treatment. The wood or cellulose product thus obtained is particularly useful as a filler of concrete, asphalt and plastics, and, e.g., incorporated into a concrete mix, it does not impair the hardening of the mix.

The treatment is preferably carried out in the presence of vapour. The invention can be used to effectively prevent the generation of internal cracks and the method can be applied for, e.g., rapid seasoning of wood as well as for modifying thermal processing of wood.

摘要： The invention concerns a method for binding modification chemicals to massive wood products. According to the invention, the wood products are first treated with the modification chemicals, such as aqueous solutions of maleic acid or maleic anhydride, and then the wood products are redried at a temperature of less than 100 DEG C until their humidity has decreased below 20 %. Finally, the wood products which thus have been treated with modification chemicals and predried are subjected to a heat treatment carried out at a temperature of more than 100 DEG C in order to bind the modification chemicals to the wood. The heat treatment can be carried out in a heat press. The invention makes it possible to avoid internal cracks in wood products which are big enough for practical purposes such as for use in various pieces of furniture.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for binding oil to wood and to a composition used in the method. According to the invention a wood product is contacted with a composition containing a solid anhydride, vegetable oil and alcohol. The treated wood product is dried and then subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature above 150 DEG C in order to bind the oil. The vegetable oil used preferably comprises at least one double bond, such as linseed oil, tall oil or rapeseed oil, and the anhydride used comprises maleic anhydride, succinic anhydride or phthalic anhydride. An auxiliary solvent, i.e. a lower aliphatic alcohol is used in order to help mixing the oil with the anhydride. By means of the invention the oil is so well bound to the wood that no oil seeps out of the wood even if it is heated above 70 DEG C. The oil-treated products can be used for outdoor furniture and boat boards.
