    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a blanking stage in such a way that defective punching bodies are surely separated by a simple method from faultless ones, in the blanking stage being used in a packaging machine that packages products into a sheet for blanking punching bodies (2) with a cup section from a belt-like sheet (4).
      SOLUTION: The punching stage comprises a punching tool (5) capable of shifting a punching location/posture by a drive section and a transporting device (6) for transporting out the punched packaging bodies (2). A control/monitoring device (7) is disposed, at a position before the punching tool (5) as is seen from the direction in which the belt-like sheet (4) is transported, the control/monitoring device distinguishing the faultless packaging bodies (2) from the defective packaging bodies (3). The control/monitoring device (7) is connected to the drive section and prevents the blanking tool (5) from shifting to the punching location/posture every time it detects defective packaging bodies (3). Furthermore, a drop-in type cutting machine (11) with a sensor (15) is disposed downstream from the punching tool (5).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device having a gripping member for gripping and delivering a packing body of a feeder to a conveyor device, by surely performing controlled delivery, while guaranteeing high-degree variability by taking into consideration a dimension and a form of the packing body.
      SOLUTION: A driving shaft 14 is eccentrically installed on a drive pulley 13 rotatingly drivable by a driving device 12. A first lever arm 15 and a knuckle lever 16 are nonrotatably installed on the driving shaft 14. A gripping part shaft 19 for supporting and mounting the gripping member 7, is installed on the free end of its second lever arm 18. This delivery device is provided with a means for adjusting an opening angle formed of the first lever arm 15 and the second lever arm 18, and a means for adjusting a position and an attitude in the rotational direction of the gripping member 7 to the knuckle lever 16.
