SOLUTION: Floor post footings are spread on the ground, post columns are erected on them, and sleepers and floor joists are mounted on them, and floor boards are spread. A gap plate 1 to be inserted into the gap generated between the floor post footing and the post column is made of a plastic such as polypropylene or a metal such as aluminum into nearly the same cross sectional shape as that of the post column at the thickness of multiple kinds. A belt passing groove 2 is formed on the lower side of the gap plate 1. A belt body 3 for fixing the gap plate 1 on the side face of the post column is made of synthetic fibers such as nylon or a plastic body, the belt body 3 is extended from the right and left side faces through the belt passing groove 2 of the gap plate 1, and an adhesive is applied to the whole groove 2 to fix the belt body 3 to the gap plate 1.

And a fence column and a post are made to one united body, and a column body 31 and a post 32 with the coupling portions cut to a recessed portions for fitting to mortises between both of them are erected, the column body and a reinforcing frame member for forming the mortises at the four corners of the frame members are combined together, floor materials are laid on the frame members, and the fence body is clamped between the fence column portions of the column body.
