    • An intranasal medicator composed of a capsule holder, a pumping section, and a drug-spraying section. A capsule holder (2) is provided with a capsule pit (5) and a supply valve (9). The holder (2) is connected, on the air inlet side, to a pumping section (11) provided with an intake valve (12) and, on the air outlet side, to a drug-spraying section (15) provided with two drug passages (20 and 20) and two spraying ports (21 and 21) branched from the capsule pit (5). The drug-spraying section (15) has a built-in borer (25). The encapsulated drug can be administered to the nasal cavities of a patient by putting a capsule in the pit (5), boring the capsule with the borer (25), and sending the drug through each spraying port (21) into the nasal cavities by means of the air supplied from the pumping section (11). The medicator is further provided with a diffusion chamber (63) on the downstream side of the pit (5), whereby the drug is efficiently mixed with the air and evenly administered to both cavities through each port (21).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously administer a medicine inside a chemical containing room to the left and right nostrils of a patient by a simple operation and to perform application widely from children to adults. SOLUTION: A distance adjusting nozzle mechanism 25 is provided in a passage member 17 positioned on the jetting side of left and right medicine passages 20, the distance adjusting nozzle mechanism 25 is constituted of fitting projection parts 26 formed on the passage member 17, adjustable nozzles 27 rotatably and attachably and detachably attached to the fitting projection parts 26 and a tapered atomizing port 28 communicating with the medicine passages 20 and formed over the fitting projection parts 26 and the adjustable nozzles 27 and the axial line of the adjustable nozzles 27 is made eccentric from a rotation center. Thus, when the respective adjustable nozzles 27 are rotated, since they are mutually brought closer and/or separated by an amt. of eccentricity from the rotation center, a nozzle pitch between the respective adjustable nozzles 27 is adjusted matched with a distance between the nostrils of the patient. Also, by detaching the respective adjustable nozzles 27, washing is facilitated.

    • A suction type medicator including a holder accommodation portion (5) disposed on a cylindrical main body (3) of a medicator main body (1), and a capsule holding portion (9) for a capsule holder (8), so disposed as to be stored and removed into and from the holder accommodation portion (5). At a pull-out position at which the capsule holding portion (9) is taken out from the holder accommodation portion (5), a capsule can be fitted to a capsule fitting recess (10) formed in the capsule holding portion (9) or a used capsule can be taken out from this recess (10).
