    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform dyeing management precisely among a plurality of sites having different color measuring devices without a coating-color approval board as a reference.
SOLUTION: A goniophotometer 20 performs color measurement of a coating color, generates reference coating-color data by combining the result with coating data, and stores it in a reference coating-color database 26. A local site 4 retrieves the reference coating-color data from the reference coating-color database 26. A color-matching coating-color conversion part 50 converts the reference coating-color data according to the characteristics of the color measuring device 40 on the site to generate device-adapted coating-color data. The color measuring device 40 performs color measuring of a product on the site, and outputs product-color measurement data. A color-matching determining part 52 determines whether the color of a product coincides with the color of a coating-color sample or not by comparing product-color measurement data with device-adapted coating-color data.

    • PURPOSE:To easily perform the release of a painting mask simultaneously with heating, by using a coating material containing a microcapsule containing a substance generating abrupt volumetric expansion upon heating as a nucleus as masking. CONSTITUTION:As a nucleus substance, water, alcohols and other org. solvent are used and, as a film forming substance, gelatin, gum arabic or polystyrene is used to prepare a microcapsule which is, in turn, dispersed in pasty gelatinized starch to prepare a masking coating material 2. This masking coating material 2 is applied to a predetermined article to be coated such as an iron plate press product 1 by an airless gun. Next, a coating film 4 comprising an aminoalkid resin is applied to the whole of the iron plate press product 1 by an air atomizing gun 5 and the coated press product 1 is passed through a baking furnace to perform drying. At this tie, because the temp. in the furnace is about 140 deg.C, water in the microcapsule is evaporated and the microcapsule is abruptly expanded to separate the masking coating material 6 along with a film 7.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the smoothness of a film and to reduce the waste of paint by giving vibration to a material to be painted or the film from the start of painting and during baking and curing. CONSTITUTION:A material W to be painted is set on a carriage 2, a motor 12 is operated to rotate a pulley 11, a wire 10 is wound by the pulley 11 and the carriage 2 is moved at a constant speed. When the front wheel 3a and the rear wheel 3b of the carriage 2 pass on the recess 1a of a rail 1 and the protrusion 1b, vibration is given to the material W to be painted. When the leading end of the material W to be painted set on the supporting member 4 of the carriage 2 is transferred to the position below an air spray gun 5, pulverized paint T is simultaneously sprayed on the material W to form a coated film. Consequently, vibration is given to the material from the start of painting and during baking and curing of film and the film is smoothed.

    • PURPOSE:To perform assuredly a job despite the displacement of a working position of a robot by measuring previously the displacement of a material to be processed from its prescribed position and changing the data on a working program according to said measured displacement. CONSTITUTION:A robot 10 consists of a mechanism part 12, a motive power unit 14 for mechanism 12 and a robot controller 16. This controller 16 contains an input/output port 16A to a system sequence controller 30, etc., a CPU16B, etc. At the same time, the output of a pressure sensor 13 set at the tip of the part 12 is supplied to the controller 16. An external device 20 such as a truck, etc. which backs up the jobs of the robot is provided together with an operating board 40 containing a start switch, etc. Then the position of a material to be processed which is detected by the sensor 13 is compared with the robot working position for measurement of the displacement of the material to be processed. A working program describes accurately said working position and therefore the data on this working position is corrected by an amount equal to said displacement for correction of the variation of the working position to the material to be processed. Then the robot 10 is actuated.

    • PURPOSE:To monitor choking of a nozzle without producing a change and an interference from the outside, by a method wherein a change in a sound wave signal of a jet sound from a nozzle is always monitored. CONSTITUTION:A paint 3 in a tank 2 is fed by pressure to a spray gun 1 via a valve 8 and a line 9 by means of a pump 5 driven by high-pressure air from an air source 6, and is jetted through a nozzle 12. A microphone 13 picks up a jet sound produced through the nozzle 12, and feeds it to a filter 16. The filter 16 causes only a set frequency band to pass, and an amplifier 17 generates an output voltage V proportional to a sound volume. If a reference voltage Vs of a reference voltage generating circuit V is set so that it is lower than an output voltage V at a normal painting time or at the time when there is no choking of a nozzle, the voltages are brought into Vs V, the comparison circuit 18 outputs a nozzle choke detecting signal, and actuates an alarm circuit 15 and the like via an output circuit 20.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the whole efficiency of proceeding of process by reading- out the working conditions for the workpiece to be merged and the working conditions for a prescribed number of workpieces serial-transported towards the posterior process and determining the possibility of confluence at the confluence point.
CONSTITUTION: The working conditions for the workpiece in waiting at a confluence point X position, namely the easiness of the work is represented by X
0 , and each easiness of five workpieces which are sent into the posterior process from the confluence point X is represented by X
      1 ...X
5 , and each easiness for six objects is detected and input into a confluence control computer 26. The above- described detection is read-out from the label attached onto the work W in processing by label readers 22 and 24. The confluence control computer 26 compares the evaluation function calculated according to the above-described working eqsiness or the working easiness and weighting coefficient with a standard value, and the possibility of confluence is determined so that leveling is carried- out in the posterior process.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the whole efficiency of proceeding of process by reading- out the working conditions for the workpiece which reaches a confluence point and the workpiece immediately serial-transported from the confluence point and judging the lot formation and levelling in the posterior process at the confluence part.
CONSTITUTION: If a workpiece is at a confluence point X, the working condition in the posterior process for the workpiece in the foreprocess is read-out, and also the working conditions for the workpiece sent into the posterior process from the confluence point are read-out. Said reading-out is performed by a confluence control computer 26 from the data of a label reading-out device 24. The above-described working conditions include the conditions for the both of lot formation and levlling, and the lot formation is realized by continuously feeding, for example, the workpieces having a same color into a painting process, and when the posterior process is assembly process, the easiness of assembly is incorporated into the working conditions, and then the processing in the posterior process is levelled on the basis of the easiness of assembly, and when confluence is difficult, the workpiece is put into waiting.
