    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor which is lightened and is high in productivity, its manufacturing method, and an electric vehicle which is equipped with it. SOLUTION: The rotor is equipped with a rotor core 131 which is fixed to a fixed shaft and has a magnet insertion hole, a magnet which is inserted into the magnet insertion hole, and a resin part which is injected into the magnet insertion hole. The rotor core 131 is constituted by stacking a plurality of electromagnetic steel plates 1310 in its axial direction. The electromagnetic steel plate 1310 has an electromagnetic steel plate 1312 which has a magnet insertion hole and a hole 131B for weight reduction being provided apart from the magnet insertion hole, and electromagnetic steel plates 1311 and 1313 which have sections that cover the hole 131B being positioned at the axial end of at least one hand of the rotor core 131 and made in the electromagnetic steel plate 1312.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a rotor for a rotary electric machine that efficiently cools an axial center region of a rotor core and provides the rotor core with uniform cooling performance with regard to an axial direction thereof.SOLUTION: A cooling structure of a rotor for a rotary electric machine includes: a rotatable shaft 22 that supplies a cooling liquid flowing therein, to the outside; coolant passage holes 34 that are fixedly fitted onto the shaft 22 and allow the cooling liquid supplied from the shaft 22 to flow in an axial direction of the rotary electric machine; and a rotor core 20 that has a plurality of magnetic plates laminated in the axial direction of the rotary electric machine. The cooling liquid flowing out of the shaft 22 is supplied to an axial center region of the rotor core 20 through radially inner sides of the coolant passage holes 34. In the axial center region, the cooling liquid flows into the coolant passage holes 34 and then to both axial sides of the rotor core 20.
