摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating hardness in a welded part, which evaluates the hardness in the welded part at low cost and with reduced man-hour when performing butt welding for dissimilar materials.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating hardness in a welded part includes: (101) measuring the center portion of the welded part in an object to be evaluated, to a butt position of dissimilar materials when the hardness in butt welding of the dissimilar materials is evaluated; (102) comparing a measurement result with mutual relations between the center position of the welded part to the butt position of the dissimilar materials and hardness in the welded part, the mutual relations being prepared in advance by a test object; and evaluating the hardness of the welded part in the object (103). The hardness of the welded part in the object is evaluated without any destructive inspection.
