The start of inertia phase in the state where increase of pressure completes and return to the stationary pressure is generated is permitted by converging the time difference to a prescribed value, and a proper pressure increase period can be set. Accordingly, the speed change responsiveness can be improved, and the increase of the speed change shock can be prevented, at the same time.
