摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wave winding coil basket whose coil end section is made compact, without requiring a lacing up process or without adversely affecting a coating film.
SOLUTION: In a plurality of conductors which have coil end parts E and slot parts S and are formed into a zigzag shape, lead parts SS and reverse lead parts are overlapped, by reversing the front and the back at the coil end parts E. The overlapped conductors are circularly wound to form the coil basket. The coil basket manufacturing method has a first process for reversing and bending the conductors and forming an in-slot conductor U-shaped section SX in the slot parts S, a second process for sequentially overlapping a plurality of reversed and bent conductors, and a third process for restoring the in-slot conductor U-shaped section SX to a linear state, with respect to the plurality of overlapped conductors and make it into an in-slot conductor sectionS.
