    • PURPOSE:To especially avoid stuffy tone and to obtain the device which is low- cost and has a long life by improving the structure of a partition member for dividing an oil chamber into two parts to restrain damping action to low-frequency vibration and an increase in liquid pressure caused by high-frequency vibration. CONSTITUTION:A partition member 6 for partitioning an internal chamber into the upper and lower parts comprises three members, that is, a pair of flat plates 14a, 14b and a thin plate 15, and is shaped like a disc. The respective flat plates 14a, 14b have a small flat space 16 formed at the joint surface thereof with peripheral edges left. Grooves 17a, 17b utilized as orifices are respectively formed with the full face thereof opened to the space 16, and these grooves are symmetrical by rotation of 180 deg.. The respective one ends of the grooves overlap each other, and the respective other ends thereof are opened to the space 16 and the opposite surface through holes 18a, 18b. A plurality of through holes 19 are disposed inside the respective grooves 17a, 17b. In the space 16, the thin plate 15 having a hole 20 is loosely fitted in the overlap portion.

    • PURPOSE:To provide excellent shut off performance in relation to vibration over a wide range, by a method wherein an orifice and a through-hole are formed in a partition by which the interior is partitioned into 2 chambers, and the through- hole is closed during low frequency vibration and opened during high frequency vibration. CONSTITUTION:A partition 6 by which an inner chamber is partitioned into 2 chambers of an upper chamber 12 and a lower chamber 13 is formed with a partition member 14 and a stopper member 15. The partition member 14 is formed in a disc shape such that its peripheral part is formed thicker and its internal part in a thinner flat plate. An orifice 17 is provided in the peripheral part and a through-hole 16 in the flat plate part. A stopper member 15 has 2 plate parts located above and below the flat plate part and having size enough to allow covering of the through-hole, and the 2 plate parts are intercoupled so that they are slidhtly movable to and from the flat plate part. The stopper is actuated so as to close the through-hole 16 during low frequency vibration and open it during high frequency vibration.

    • PURPOSE:To provide stable vibration insulating characteristics, by a method wherein a diaphragm disc, being relatively high in rigidity, is used as a partition plate which partitions the inner chamber of a body into 2 chambers, and the diaphragm disc is supported so that it can be resiliently moved in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 6, which partitions the inner chamber of a body 1 into 2 chambers 12 and 13, is formed with 3 members of an outer case member 14, a first diaphragm member 15, and a second diaphragm member 16. The two diaphragm members 15 and 16 are of a rigid material, and a passage 18, through which the chambers 12 and 13 are intercommunicated, is formed therebetween in cooperation with each other. A resilient O-ring 17 is located between the outer peripheral part of the first diaphragm member 15 and the inner peripheral part of the outer case member 14, enables the two diaphragm members 15 and 16 to be moved in parallel to each other, and serves to effectively shut off transfer of high frequency vibration.

Accordingly, the stain of rubber on the surface becomes smaller than that on the case of concentric arrangement because of longer support member 3 when the inner cylinder 2 makes vibration in the direction for applying shearing deformation to the support member 3, and the support member 3 can be formed in thick layer even up to the bonded part. Thus, the durability performance can be doubted.

CONSTITUTION:A liquid-sealing engine mount 1 comprises a main body case 2, a rubber body 3 and a diaphragm 8, etc., with a liquid L sealed in the space surrounded by them. The space is partitioned by a partition member 14 into a main liquid chamber 15 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 16. An engine-side fitting 4 is connected to the rubber body 3 and mounted on the engine side. The flat portion 5 and the cylindrical portion 6 of the engine-side fitting 4 are exposed to the portion of the main liquid chamber 15 which is nearer the engine than the partition member 14. The portion 17a of the orifice 17 of the partition member 14 which is on the side of the main liquid chamber 15 is oriented toward the flat portion 5 and the cylindrical portion 6. Apart of the main body case 2 is projected outward and the space 19 between this projecting portion 2a and the partition member 14 constitutes at least part of the orifice 17.

On the basis of the computed result, an impressed voltage to the piezoelectric element layered product is determined, and a driving voltage is impressed to the active mount 6 via an output variable device 18 and an amplifier 19. A correction signal is outputted to the output variable device 18 from a temperature guarantee circuit according to the element temperature of the piezoelectric element layered product, the driving voltage is automatically altered, a control output is restricted according to increase of a temperature, and consequently, an extension degree is reduced.

SOLUTION: Partition plates 71, 72 for partitioning a main liquid chamber 61 from a sub liquid chamber 62 have rectangular openings 71a, 72a, respectively. An elastic orifice changing plate 73 is arranged in the openings 71a, 72a in a cantilevered state to form an orifice flow path 75 around the orifice changing plate 73. The plate thickness of the first partition plate 71 on the upper side of the orifice changing plate 73 is smaller than the plate thickness of the second partition plate 72 on the lower side. When a great load is applied, in the case where the orifice changing plate 73 is deformed toward the lower side, the orifice flow path 75 is kept smaller to obtain damping force, and when the orifice changing plate 73 is deformed toward the upper side, a front end portion of the orifice changing plate 73 deviates from the opening 71a of the partition plate 71 and the orifice flow path 75 is enlarged to suppress the drop of inner pressure in the main liquid chamber 61, thus preventing the occurrence of cavitation pulses.
