摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate risk of liquid leak, allow the natural frequency to be set high, and eatablish a wide range vibration isolating function by furnishing the first and second liquid chambers in a vibration isolation base and a movable part, installing two pistons having different diameters in the displacement enlarging mechanism of the movable part, and forming the pistons so that their ratio of effective areas has a certain specific value. CONSTITUTION:The space in a vibration isolating base 18 is divided in the first and the second liquid chamber 28, 30, and they are put in communication by a circumferential orifice 32. The vibration of a ceramic actuator 40 is amplified by a major diametric piston 42 in a casing 36, and then a movable plate 24 is driven by a minor diametric piston 46. The effective area ratio n0 of the two pistons should meet the condition n0=(beta+(alpha+beta ) )/alpha. Therein alpha=Ka+(K'0+K1)a /(Kb+Kp)-beta=K0aA0u/(Kpdelta), where Ka is spring constant of minor piston rubber and precompressing spring, Kb is spring constant of major piston rubber, Kp and delta are the spring constant and displacement amplitude of the ceramic actuator, K0 and K1 are the volume moduli of elasticity of the first and second liquid chambers, (a) is the effective area of the movable part, (u) is input displacement amplitude, and A0 is the effective piston area of the vibration isolating base.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent both low and high frequencies from occurring by installing an acutator in space between an outer cylinder that is bridged to an inner cylinder through support rubber and an interval between both liquid chambers inside is interconnected by an rounding orifice, and a holding outer cylinder concentrically installed at the outside of the former. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical vibro-isolator 10, an interval between the outer cylinder 12 and the inner cylinder 14 is bridged to each other through support rubber 16. In addition, In an inner part of this outer cylinder 12, there are provided two liquid chambers 18, 24 as partitioned off at both sides of this support rubber 16. Moreover, the interval between both these liquid chambers 18 and 24 is interconnected by a rounding orifice 31. In the above constitution, an actuator unit holding outer cylinder 34 is concentrically installed at the outside of the outer cylinder 12. In this case, an actuator unit 36 is installed in space between the actuator unit holding outer cylinder 34 and the outer cylinder 12. With this constitution, a vibration in the actuator unit 36 is superposed on that of an unillustrated engine being connected to the inner cylinder 14, thereby preventing any vibration, especially both medium and high frequencies.

CONSTITUTION:The same phase electric signal is inputted into each of actuators 62, 63, 64 and these actuators expand or contract with the same phase. When the first actuator 62 is expanded by input of the electric signal, a first flat piston 67 shifts downward, transferring some pressure to a liquid in a first liquid chamber 72, and a first T-shaped piston 68 is largely shifted, thereby pushing up the second actuator 63. In this case, this second actuator 63 itself also receives the electric signal input and expands to some extent. With this action repeated, an output piston 75 moves so largely. In brief, there is formed a widening mechanism 76 widening the amplitude of mechanical vibrations in these three actuators 62, 63, 64 connected in series. With this constitution, a large vibration in an engine can be neutralized by a counter vibration of a vibration isolator 60.
