摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive method for inspecting a gene by detecting a specific acid-fast bacterium group; and to provide an oligonucleotide suitable for carrying out the highly sensitive method for inspecting the gene.
SOLUTION: The method for detecting a rRNA of the specific acid-fast bacterium group by specifically amplifying the rDNA by using a primer having a sequence homological or complementary to a base sequence of a region specific to the rRNA of the specific acid-fact bacterium group. The oligonucleotide bonding to a specified site of the rRNA of tubercule bacillus 16S, and the oligonucleotide bonding to the specified site of the rRNA of the 16S derived from a specific non-tuberculous acid-fast bacterium are also provided.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the stabilization and storage by laminating and covering an immunologically active material and a component participant in immunological reaction on a carrier under the coexistence of a protecting component followed by dehydration and drying. SOLUTION: An antibody, an antigen or lectin are, for example, immobilized on the surface of a carrier such as a magnetic particle followed by blocking, and dipped in a protecting solution mainly composed of gelatin. The excessive protecting solution is removed, and the carrier covered with the single layer is centrifugally moved by supplying dry air by use of a granulating machine, and dehydrated and dried. Further, coats of an active component necessary for immunological reaction such as an enzyme labeled antibody dissolved in a protecting solution mainly containing gelatin, and a component participant in immunological reaction such as inorganic salt are successively applied in multilayer on the carrier by spray, and hydrated and dried. Thus, a reagent can be manufactured in large quantities in a short time, and stably stored for a long period without requiring freezing.

CONSTITUTION:By adjusting pH of an animal-derived lipid-containing aqueous solution to 3.0-5.0 and separating a supernatant from a precipitate preferably using the filtration method or the centrifugal separation method, degreasing is carried out. In addition, a buffer solution is recommendably added for adjustment of pH and citric acid, acetic acid, tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution, etc., are preferable as the above mentioned buffer solution.
