摘要： Disclosed herein is an emulsifying agent comprising (a) a partially or completely neutralized product, with a basic substance, of a phosphoric acid ester which contains a phosphoric acid monoester represented by the general formula (I) and a phosphoric acid diester represented by the general formula (II) from 100:0 to 70:30 molar ratio: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.4 represent individually a linear alkyl group or a linear alkenyl group of 10-22 carbon atoms or a branched alkyl group of 12-24 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 represent individually an ethylene group or a propylene group, and m and n represent individually a number of 0-30, and (b) a nonionic surfactant with HLB of 6 or less. Emulsified cosmetics comprising (a) the neutralized product of the phosphoric acid ester, (b) a nonionic surfactant with HLB of 6 or less, (c) an oily substrate, and (d) water is also disclosed. The above emulsifying agent is weakly acidic or neutral in nature and also stable against aging degradation, it provides weakly acidic or neutral emulsified cosmetics stable at a broad pH range and confortable to skin.

摘要： A composition comprising; (A) a basic amino acid salt of a higher aliphatic phosphate represented by the following formula (I): ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 is an alkyl or alkenyl group having from 12 to 22 carbon atoms, and (B) an .alpha.-monoalkyl glyceryl ether represented by the following formula (II): ##STR2## in which R.sub.2 is an alkyl group having from 12 to 24 carbon atoms. The composition provides an O/W type emulsion suitable for use as cosmetics which has a small viscosity decrease at a high temperature and a small viscosity increase at a low temperature, is stable during storage over a long period of time, provides good feelings and a moisture retaining effect on use to the skin, and yet has an excellent safety.

摘要： A drug transferring needle includes a needle base portion, a first needle portion having therein an air passage, and a second needle portion longer than the first needle portion and arranged parallel to the first needle portion. In the first needle portion, a first air vent being one end of the air passage is provided on a distal end side of the second needle portion from a second air vent being the other end of the air passage. In the second needle portion, one end of a liquid passage is connected to the inside of the needle base portion, and the other end thereof is a liquid pass opening of the second needle portion. The second needle portion has a distal end having the liquid pass opening, a base portion connected to the needle base portion, and an intermediate portion connecting the distal end and the base portion.

摘要： In a bed including a wheelchair and a bed main body portion, the wheelchair has a seating bottom portion composed of bendably coupling a plurality of divided members. A chair bottom support member supports the seating bottom portion, the chair bottom support member changing a shape of a leg bottom part in conjunction with inclination of a back bottom part. A chair base portion fixes the chair bottom support member. Front casters are provided in the chair base portion, the front casters being capable of freely changing direction. Both side wheel bottom support members are axially supported on the chair base portion. Rear casters are provided at one end of the both side wheel bottom support members, the rear casters being capable of freely changing direction. Traveling wheels are provided at the other end of both side wheel bottom support members, whose traveling direction is fixed to a straight-moving direction. Caster links couple parts of the both side wheel bottom support members on the side of the rear casters and the back bottom part of the chair bottom support member.

摘要： A contact sensor includes a conductive fabric, an insulative spacer having multiple openings, and a conductive sheet of a sheet-shaped conductor. The insulative spacer is interposed between the conductive fabric and the conductive sheet. Upon contact of a soft object such as a human body portion on the conductive fabric with force equal to or greater than a certain strength, the insulative spacer sinks in the soft object with the conductive fabric interposed therebetween. The conductive fabric is deformable in conformity with insulative pieces of the insulative spacer, such that touching of a portion of the conductive fabric on the conductive sheet provides detection of contact of the soft object.
