    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator of a rotary electric machine and a rotary electric machine provided with the stator which are capable of securing an insulation performance between the same phases, and accommodating high-voltage needs, and accommodating high power needs by a small size.SOLUTION: In a stator of an rotary electric machine of the present embodiment, a stator coil which has two or more phases and is comprised of a plurality of unit coils connected is wound and attached on a stator core. The stator coils of each phase are constituted by that a plurality of coil arrays comprised of a plurality of coils connected in series are connected to power input terminals of each phase. Each turn number of the coil arrays of plural lines is configured so as to be equal. A plurality of unit coils of each phase are constituted by a combination of coils of the coil arrays not less than 2 among said plurality of coil arrays, and are configured so that the turn number may be equal.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly reliable rotating electric machine by reducing a risk that there may be generated a short-circuit or a partial discharge between conductors which constitute a coil of each phase.
      SOLUTION: After a coil winding process (S101) for winding the coil of each phase to a stator core, an insulation test process between in-phase parallel conductors is performed (S104) via a coil-end forming process (S102) and a first lacing process (S103). After that, after performing a three-phase lead line caulking process (S105) for connecting power supply terminals, a neutral point caulking process (S106) for forming a neutral point, a neutral point insulation process (S107) for covering the neutral point with an insulation tape, and a second lacing process (S108) for tightly binding the neutral point by a thread, a stator which is manufactured via an integrated insulation test/inspection process (S109), a varnish impregnation process (S110), and a stator inspection (S111) for inspecting the state of the stator is combined with a rotor, thus manufacturing the rotating electric machine.
