    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduction cooling-type super-conductive magnet where cooling temperatures of respective super-conducting coils can be set by adjusting them to features of the respective super-conducting coils, thermal influence between the super-conductive coils is suppressed and a high magnetic field can efficiently be generated with compound super-conducting coils. SOLUTION: Heat generated in an Nb 3 Sn super-conducting coil 4 by conduction is transmitted through a heat exchange plate 6a by heat conduction, and is transmitted to the cooling stage 9a of a freezer 8a. Heat generated in a high temperature super-conducting coil 5 is transmitted through a heat exchange plate 6b by heat conduction, and is transmitted to the cooling stage 9b of the freezer 8b. Since the Nb 3 Sn super-conducting coil 4 and the high temperature super-conducting coil 5 are connected to the separate cooling stages 9a and 9b through the separate heat exchange plates 6a and 6b, the temperatures can be set to the cooling temperatures adapted to the respective super-conducting coils 4 and 5.
