    • For the displacement of a throttle valve (1) which is rotatably mounted in the intake connection (2) of an internal combustion engine, there is provided a device with electromotive actuating drive, gearing and clutch (10) as well as electronic control device (11) with which the entire load range, in addition to the idle range, can be automatically controlled.
